The Megaworld Citibank Card welcome gift promo (hereinafter referred to as “Promo”) will run from April 7 to June 30, 2013 |

The Megaworld Citibank welcome gift promo is open to principal New-to-Bank Citibank credit card applicants who (i) apply for a Megaworld Citibank credit card (“Card”) issued by Citibank, N.A. Philippines (“Citibank”) and whose Card application were received with complete documents and requirements by Citibank within the promo period, (ii) whose applications are subsequently approved, and (iii) who are not prohibited under applicable Gifts, Anti-Bribery and Corruption laws, regulations, and policies from participating in or qualifying for this Promo.
A New-to-Bank card applicant is defined as a person who does not have any existing locally issued Principal Citibank Card and has not had one within the last six (6) months prior to the time of application. |

To be entitled to receive the dining voucher welcome gift, the newly approved Megaworld Citibank cardholder (the “Cardholder”) must:
i. Make a retail purchase worth P5,000 (either in a one-time spend or an accumulated spend, but excluding cash advance) on his new Megaworld Citibank card within 60 days from card issuance date.
ii. Upon receipt of the SMS from Citibank, create a Citibank Online (CBOL) account at www.citibank.com.ph; and
iii. Accomplish the promo acknowledgment form on CBOL.

The qualified Cardholder will be given a choice between the two participating dining establishments at which he/she may claim the dining voucher; provided that the Cardholder can claim the dining voucher from one of the participating restaurants only. The participating dining establishments for the welcome gift promo are as follows:

Upon meeting the spend requirement of P5,000 within 60 days from card issuance date, qualified Cardholders will receive an SMS from Citibank instructing them to create a Citibank Online (CBOL) account at www.citibank.com.ph. The schedule of the SMS send-out is every two weeks beginning on May 1, 2013. |

The qualified Cardholder can redeem the dining voucher by accomplishing the promo acknowledgement form on CBOL as follows:
i. The qualified Cardholder shall click on the link leading to a promo acknowledgement form in his/her CBOL account via Citibank Online > My Home page > CBOL banner at the bottom of the page saying MEGAWORLD CITIBANK DINING VOUCHERS WELCOME GIFT PROMO.
ii. The qualified Cardholder must accomplish the promo acknowledgement form, by indicating in the promo acknowledgement form his/her name, promo code provided in the SMS, and his/her choice of dining voucher.
iii. The qualified Cardholder must submit the duly accomplished promo acknowledgement form by clicking the submit button. |

Upon the Cardholder’s completion of the steps in item 6 above, CBOL will display a confirmation page indicating that upon validation by Citibank, the Cardholder will receive an e-voucher from Citibank. The Cardholder should print the e-voucher and present this at the dining establishment to redeem the free meal. |
| 8. |
To avail of the free meal on the dining voucher, the principal Cardholder must present the newly issued Megaworld Citibank Credit Card, together with the printed e-voucher and a valid ID to the authorized dining establishment personnel. |
| 9. |
Upon confirming the Cardholder’s eligibility for the promo, the dining establishment personnel shall honor the e-voucher and provide the free meal/s to the Cardholder. Any amount or cost incurred beyond the value of the voucher shall be paid by the Cardholder. |
| 10. |
For Passion Restaurant at Resorts World Manila, the Cardholder should present the e-voucher, one valid ID and the approved Megaworld Citibank Credit card at the concierge of Resorts World Manila. The Resorts World Manila concierge personnel will issue a voucher for the buffet meal for two (2), which the Cardholder should present to the Passion Restaurant personnel upon redemption. |

Redemptions of the e-vouchers at the participating dining establishments will be allowed within one (1) year from date of issuance. |
| 12. |
The online promo acknowledgement form may be accessed and submitted until August 30, 2013. |
| 13. |
Redemptions at the participating restaurants will be allowed five (5) working days after the qualified Cardholder downloads and prints the e-voucher from Citibank Online. A qualified Cardholder may only redeem the welcome gift once, notwithstanding that he may have filled up the promo acknowledgement form more than once. In the event that the Cardholder redeems the welcome gift more than once, Citibank shall have the right to charge the Cardholder the amount of P750++ (for Passion Restaurant) or P1,068++ (for Eastwood Café) for each additional redemption. |

Cardholders who apply and are approved for two (2) or more Citibank Cards will only be entitled to one welcome gift. Cardholders who applied for another Citibank credit card under another promo and received a welcome gift under such other promo during this promo period will not be entitled to participate in this Promo. |
| 15. |
Participants of this Promo must not be subject to any legal or regulatory restrictions, including US law or regulations, or applicable Citibank policy that would prohibit Citibank from allowing the participant to join or avail of the Promo. |
| 16. |
The welcome gifts are not transferable or exchangeable for cash, credit, or kind. |
| 17. |
Abuse of promotion relating to the act of participating in the bank’s various promotions or the filing of the application/s for the purpose of obtaining the gift item, and cancelling the Card within a period of 18 months may result in the charging back of the cost of the gift item against the Cardholder’s account and disqualification from future promotional offers. For the purpose of this
promotion, any card cancellation that occurs at anytime from card issuance date to 18 months therefrom shall be prima facie evidence of engaging in abuse of promotion. |

Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of Citibank Credit Cards shall continue to apply. |
| 19. |
Citibank, with concurrence of DTI, shall have the right to make the final decision in case of dispute. |
