Please be advised on the following changes for Citi Philippines clients:
• Citi Global Transfer
Continue to enjoy free funds transfers to and from Citi USA accounts via SWIFT starting June 17, 2022. For funds transfers to and from other overseas banks, process your remittances via SWIFT from June 26, 2022 onwards. Citi is using SWIFT as the main way of doing cross-border remittances. Charges from receiving banks may apply for outgoing funds transfers.
• Global View of Accounts
View overseas Citi account balances at the corresponding country’s Citibank Online/Citi Mobile App starting June 26, 2022.
• Emergency Cash
