Over the past several weeks, we have sent you advisories to inform you of Citi’s agreement with UnionBank of the Philippines (UnionBank) regarding the acquisition of Citi’s consumer business, and we requested for your consent to transfer your Citibank deposit account(s), including the accounts used to settle your CFSI brokerage transactions, and safe deposit box(es), if applicable (collectively, the “Accounts”), to UnionBank.
