You will no longer receive messages from the Citi PH & CitiPH sender IDs. The benefits and services that you currently enjoy remain unchanged.

Please be advised that effective March 2, 2023, UCPB is no longer available as a payee option in Citibank Online and the Citi Mobile App. PESONet transfers from your CASA account and via Citi PayAll to UCPB accounts will no longer be processed.
