TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The Citibank Android Tablet and Rudy Project Watch Promo - Exclusive Online Treats (hereinafter referred to as “Promo”) will run from April 17 to May 31, 2013.
- The Promo offers a welcome gift to Citibank, N.A. Philippines(“Citibank”) - customers who apply for a Citibank - credit card (“Card”) and/or a Ready Credit loan (“RC”) via the internet channel within the promo period and get approved thereafter. The table below lists the welcome gift eligible for specific Citibank products.

- ANDROID TABLET WELCOME GIFT
- The Android Tablet A13 welcome gift is open to Principal Citibank credit card and Citibank Ready Credit applicants (i) who apply simultaneously for both a Citibank credit card (“Card”) and a Ready Credit loan (“RC”) with Citibank N.A. Philippines - and whose Card and Ready Credit applications were received with complete documents and requirements by Citibank within the promo period, (ii) whose applications are subsequently approved, and (iii) who are not prohibited under applicable Gifts, Anti-Bribery and Corruption laws, regulations, and policies from participating in or qualifying for this Promo. A Principal New-to-Bank card applicant is defined as a person who does not have any existing locally issued Principal Citibank Card and Ready Credit within the last six (6) months at the time of application.
- An applicant must apply simultaneously for both Credit Card and Ready Credit in one (1) legal entity i.e., both through Citibank, N.A., Philippines - during the promo period in order to qualify for the Android Tablet A13 welcome gift.
- The newly approved applications must fulfill all the following requirements:
- The newly approved Principal Cardholder (“Cardholder”) must first make a retail purchase of P5,000 (one time spend or accumulated spend excluding cash advance) on his new Citibank card within 60 days from card issuance date.
- The newly approved RC Availer (“RC Availer”) must have a loan availment of at least P30,000 within 30 days from RC Line Issuance.
- Card account and Ready Credit loan account must have a current status.
- Upon meeting the spend requirement of P5,000 on the Card and P30,000 loan availment on the RC, qualified Cardholders and RC Availers for the Android Tablet A13 will receive an SMS and eDM instructing them to create a Citibank Online (CBOL) account at www.citibank.com.ph. The SMS access code is 2327 . The schedule of the SMS send-out is every two weeks beginning on May 6, 2013.
- The Cardholder and RC Availer who qualifies for the Android Tablet A13 must fulfill these steps in CBOL:
- Cardholder and RC Availer shall click on a link leading to a promo acknowledgement form in his CBOL account via Citibank Online > My Home page > CBOL banner at the bottom of the page saying CITIBANK ANDROID TABLET PROMO
- Cardholder and RC Availer shall fully accomplish and submit the promo acknowledgement form online
- Cardholder and RC Availer must indicate in the promo acknowledgement form his name,
contact number, unique promo code from Citibank, chosen color for the Android Tablet A13, and authorized recipient if applicable.
- Cardholder and RC Availer will click the submit button.
- Qualified customers have until September 30, 2013 to fill out the online promo
acknowledgement form.
- Upon completion of steps above, CBOL will display a confirmation page indicating that the Android Tablet A13 will be delivered to the Cardholder and RC Availer’s delivery address within 5-7 days in Metro Manila and 8-10 days outside Metro Manila both free of charge.
- The Cardholder and RC Availer must present a valid photo bearing government ID with signature to the courier who delivers the Android Tablet A13. Failure to comply will not entitle the Cardholder and RC Availer to the welcome gift.
- Authorized recipients may receive the Android Tablet A13 on behalf of the Cardholder and RC Availer provided that the Cardholder and RC Availer identified the authorized recipient in the promo acknowledgement form. The authorized recipient must present a valid photo bearing government ID with signature to the courier. Failure to comply will not entitle the Cardholder and RC Availer to the item.
- Citibank shall have the right to charge the pro-rated amount of the tablet’s retail price (as discounted) to the Card or to the Ready Credit line when any of the following instances occur:
- The Card is closed within 18 months from open date
- The Ready Credit loan having a 12-month tenor is pre-terminated
- The Ready Credit loan having a tenor greater than 12 months is terminated within or less than 18 months from loan disbursement

RUDY PROJECT PREMIO WATCH WELCOME GIFT
- The Rudy Project Premio Watch welcome gift is open to Principal New-to-Bank Citibank credit card or Citibank Ready Credit applicants (i) who apply for any Citibank credit card (“Card”) or Ready Credit loan (“RC”) with Citibank N.A. Philippines - and whose Card or Ready Credit applications were received with complete documents and requirements by Citibank within the promo period, (ii) whose applications
are subsequently approved, and (iii) who are not prohibited under applicable Gifts, Anti-Bribery and Corruption laws, regulations, and policies from participating in or qualifying for this Promo. A Principal New-to-Bank card applicant is defined as a person who does not have any existing locally issued Principal Citibank Card within the last six (6) months at the time of application. b. The Cardholder who qualifies for the Rudy Project Premio Watch must fulfill these steps:
- Cardholder shall click on link leading to a promo acknowledgement form in his CBOL account via Citibank Online > My Home page > CBOL banner at the bottom of the page saying RUDY PROJECT WATCH PROMO
- Cardholder shall fully accomplish and submit the promo acknowledgement form online
- Cardholders must indicate in the promo acknowledgement form their name, card number, date
to claim the watch
- Cardholder will click the submit button.
Upon completion of steps above, CBOL will display a confirmation page indicating that upon validation, the customer will receive an SMS and eDM from Citibank instructing them to proceed to a Rudy Project branch and present their card to redeem the Watch.
To avail of the watch, the Principal Cardholder must present the newly issued Citibank Credit Card to the authorized Rudy Project personnel. The authorized Rudy Project personnel will swipe the card into the Citibank terminal to determine the Cardholder’s eligibility to redeem.
Upon confirming the Cardholder’s eligibility for the promo, the Rudy Project personnel shall release the watch to the Cardholder. As proof of receipt of the watch, the Cardholder shall sign a redemption claim form.
- Upon meeting the loan requirement of at least P30,000 within 30 days from line issuance date, qualified RC availers will receive an SMS informing them that a redemption stub for the watch will be delivered to their billing address within 7 to 10 business days. The SMS access codes are 2327 for Globe. The schedule of the SMS send-out is every two weeks beginning on May 6, 2013.
- The RC availer who qualifies for the Rudy Project Premio Watch must fulfill these steps:
- Proceed to any participating Rudy Project outlet
- Present the redemption stub
- Present a valid photo bearing ID
Upon confirming the redemption stub’s validity, the Rudy Project personnel shall release the watch to the RC Availer. As proof of receipt of the watch, the RC Availer shall sign a redemption claim form.
- Redemption is from June 1 to September 30, 2013.

- The online promo acknowledgement form for both welcome gifts may be accessed and submitted until September 30, 2013.
- Upon receipt of the welcome gifts, the supplier’s policies on product related inquiries, servicing, warranties, returns, and exchanges will prevail.

Participants of this Promo must not be subject to any legal or regulatory restrictions, including US law or regulations, or applicable Citibank policy that would prohibit Citibank from allowing the participant to join or avail of the Promo.
- Cardholders and RC Availers may only redeem the welcome gift once, notwithstanding that he may have filled up the promo acknowledgement form more than once. In case a Cardholder or RC Availer is found to have two or more redemptions, Citibank has the right to charge the retail price of the additional redemption.
- The welcome gifts are not transferable or exchangeable for cash, credit, or kind.
Abuse of promotion relating to the act of participating in the bank’s various promotions or the filing of the application/s for the purpose of obtaining the gift item, and cancelling the Card within a period of 18 months or pre-terminating the Ready Credit loan between 12-18 months may result in the charging back of the cost of the gift item against the cardholder’s account or the collection thereof and disqualification from future promotional offers. For the purpose of this promotion, any card cancellation that occurs at anytime from card issuance date to 18 months therefrom or the pretermination of the Ready Credit loan from approval date to 12-18 months therefrom shall be prima facie evidence of engaging in abuse of promotion.
- Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of Citibank Credit Cards, Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of Citibank Savings Inc. Credit Cards. Terms and Conditions governing the Issuance and Use of Citibank Ready Credit loan and Terms and Conditions governing the Issuance and Use of Citibank Savings Inc. Ready Credit loan shall continue to apply.
- Citibank, with concurrence of DTI, shall have the right to make the final decision in case of dispute.

Customers who received another welcome gift during this promo period by applying for a Citibank Card and Ready Credit will not be entitled to this promo.
