You may also opt to speak to our well-trained CitiPhone® Officers for account-related emergency services such as reporting a lost card, fraud or declined transactions 24x7. Should you need assistance on other matters, a CitiPhone® officer will be available from
6 AM to 9 PM daily.

To access Self-Service Telephone Banking all you need is:
- A touch-tone phone
- Your Citibank ATM/Debit Card number, Citi Credit Card number or Citi Personal Loan account number.
- Your date of birth, Telephone Personal Identification Number (TPIN) or mobile phone where a One-Time PIN (OTP) will be sent
Telephone Personal Identification Number (TPIN)
- All Citibank® customers are automatically issued with a TPIN when their account is opened
- Once you have received your TPIN, you are registered and ready to use CitiPhone® Banking
- Upon calling us, please follow the voice prompts and remember to have your Citibank ATM/Debit Card number, Citi Credit Card number or Citi Personal Loan account number and TPIN so you may enter these when requested.
- If you have forgotten your TPIN, you may call us and our CitiPhone® Officer will assist you with your request.
- A One-Time PIN (OTP) is a unique six-digit Personal Identification Number (PIN) used as an authentication tool for transactions done through CitiPhone.
- An OTP is sent to your registered primary mobile number via SMS. It is unique and expires in 5 minutes.
- Please ensure that your mobile number is updated in our records for you to be able to use OTP.

Security and Privacy
You are requested to provide your Citibank ATM/Debit Card number, Citi Credit Card number or Citi Personal Loan account number each time you call.
As an added layer of security, you may also be asked to provide your Telephone PIN (TPIN), date of birth or One-Time PIN (OTP).
If you believe that the security of your TPIN has been compromised, please call us immediately. You may also change your TPIN anytime by following the voice prompts when you call CitiPhone®.
Member of the Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation. Maximum deposit insurance for each depositor is P500,000. Subject to PDIC terms.
CitiPhone Terms and Conditions
As used in these Terms and Conditions, "we", "our", "us", the "Bank" and "Citibank", refer to Citibank, N.A. --Philippine Branch. "You" and "your" refer to every person who opens an account with Citibank, in addition to any signers added at a later time. "Account" refers to both credit card accounts and bank account. The term "Card" refers to the Citibank Automated Teller Machine (ATM) Card or Citibank Credit Card issued by Citibank.
Your use of the CitiPhone Banking facility constitutes your agreement to the CitiPhone Banking Terms and Conditions, as the same may be amended from time to time. You likewise agree that by using the CitiPhone Banking facility in relation to your Accounts, Citibank, or its service provider operating the CitiPhone Banking facility ("Service Provider"), may at its sole option and discretion, tape or record all your telephone instructions or communications. You agree that such taped or recorded instructions or communications, or transcriptions thereof, may be used by Citibank or its Service Provider against you or any third party or replayed or communicated to any third party, for any purpose, particularly as evidence in any proceeding, judicial or administrative.
For the CitiPhone services which allow you to access all your Accounts, you agree that any telephone instructions you give orally and electronically, verified through your Telephone Personal Identification Number (T-PIN) or your identity having been established through Citibank's verification process, will bind you. You hereby accept full responsibility for all transactions executed through CitiPhone and in particular, in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of your instructions. Citibank or its Service Provider shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or expense which you may suffer as a result of Citibank or its Service Provider acting on telephone instructions identified by your T-PIN or CitiPhone having established your identity through Citibank's verification process. You agree to indemnify Citibank or its Service Provider against any loss, damage, cost, expenses, and fees (including legal fees on a full indemnity basis) which Citibank or its Service Provider may suffer or incur arising from so acting on your telephone instruction. Your T-PIN can be used to avail of the CitiPhone services and provide telephone instructions for all your Accounts. Your T-PIN shall be strictly confidential. For your own protection, you agree never to disclose your T-PIN to anyone. You shall hold Citibank or its Service Provider free and harmless in case your T-PIN is revealed to any person, or for any loss or damage you may suffer if Citibank or its Service Provider follows telephone instructions which were identified by your T-PIN. You agree to indemnify Citibank or its Service Provider against any loss, damage, or expense, including legal fees on a full indemnity basis, which Citibank or Service Provider may incur by following your telephone instruction.
Citibank or its Service Provider may, at any time, withdraw or change any or all of the CitiPhone services. Citibank or its Service Provider may likewise, at its discretion, cancel your T-PIN at any time. You shall not hold Citibank or its Service Provider liable for such cancellation. For your own protection, Citibank may also cancel your T-PIN if the incorrect T-PIN was used three (3) consecutive times in a day.
Acceptance of Instructions
Citibank or its Service Provider is entitled, at its discretion and without notice to you, to refuse to act on any telephone instruction. Citibank or its Service Provider is also entitled to ask for written confirmation of your telephone instruction even if the T-PIN or other identifier(s) given over the phone is correct and valid. Citibank or its Service Provider reserves the right to refuse to act on any telephone instruction until it receives a written confirmation of your instruction.
Change of TPIN
You may change your T-PIN at anytime by giving us telephone instructions, identified by your T-PIN or customer identity verification process. Citibank reserves the right to reject any number you select as your T-PIN without giving any reason therefore. Citibank or its Service Provider shall confirm your new T-PIN either through the Automated Voice Response when you give telephone instructions or by sending you written confirmation thereof. Your new T-PIN will take effect once you get the confirmation.
