Internship Program
The Citi® Philippines Internship Program is an 8- to 12-week development program designed for qualified students who require practical professional experience as part of their university course requirements. Participants will be assigned to business units with available projects that will match their course requirements. To qualify, candidates must be in their senior or junior year of study or currently enrolled in a post-graduate program. Students must also demonstrate academic strength, fluency in both written and spoken English and have authorization to work in the Philippines.
Management Training Program
The Citi® Management Training Programs may run from 6 - 18 months depending on the business unit. In that span of time, participants are exposed and routed to the different sub-units of the business for on the job training. This allows them a comprehensive and well-rounded view of the different processes and functions as well as its inter-relationship. The program also gives the participants a chance to interconnect with departments that have close relationships to theirs. The experience not only provides them the know how but also a perspective of what they really want to pursue as a long term career. Participants may be assigned to Operations & Technology (O&T), Credit Operations, Wealth Management, Product Control, Citi® Technology Infrastructure (CTI) depending on business qualifications.
To qualify, candidates must be fresh out of college or with maximum 2 years work experience. Studies in the field of business, commerce, finance, math, are preferred. Candidates must also demonstrate academic strength, fluency in both written and spoken English and have authorization to work in the Philippines.
