CitiPhone® Banking

Perform an array of automated functions, or speak to a CitiPhone® Officer to handle an extensive range of Credit Card or bank transactions. When using CitiPhone® banking:

  • Please prepare your 16-digit credit card number, 4-digit telephone PIN or your registered mobile phone so we can send you a 6-digit One-time PIN (OTP). When prompted, please input these numbers and wait for the automated confirmation before proceeding.
  • Follow the voice instructions for your specific transaction. If you miss some of the instructions or need further assistance, just stay on the line or press '0' to speak to a CitiPhone® Officer.
