PayLite IG Wave 2 Promotion for Citi PayLite Terms and Conditions

  1. The PayLite IG Wave 2 Promotion for Citi PayLite ("Promo") will run from July 1 to October 31, 2018. The Promo is open to all Principal and Supplementary Cardholders whose cards have been locally issued by Citibank, N.A. Philippines ("Cardholder"), who are active and in good credit standing with available relationship limit and account credit limit, as applicable, who have a valid registered email address with Citibank, and who are not prohibited under Applicable Gifts, Anti-Bribery and Corruption laws, regulations, and policies from participating in and/or qualifying for this Promo.
  2. A Cardholder who uses his/her Citi Card for a single-receipt Citi PayLite Installment Plan transaction as stated in the table below at any accredited Citi PayLite merchant within the promo period will be entitled to receive one (1) free item ("Freebie") below:

  3. Qualified Cardholders can redeem the Freebie from July 1, 2018 to January 1, 2019. Freebies that are not redeemed within the redemption period shall be forfeited in favor of Citibank.
  4. The Freebie in the form of a unique claim code ("Claim Code") will be given to qualified Cardholders via their registered email address only after 10 banking days from the posting date of the qualified Citi PayLite Installment Plan transaction.
  5. To redeem the Freebie, the Cardholder must:

    1. Log-in to his/her ZALORA account
    2. Under the Account icon, select "My Wallet"
    3. Under "Have a Gift Card? Add it to your wallet.", enter the code in the box provided
    4. Click "Add Credit"
    5. Continue Shopping!
  6. Only Citi PayLite Installment Plan transactions will be valid for redemption. Straight retail transactions, foreign currency transactions, auto-charge transactions (e.g. auto-debit facilities for utilities, telecommunications, insurance premiums, etc.), payments through Citibank Online, payments through Citimobile, internet-based purchases, Call for Cash transactions, Click for Cash transactions, Balance Conversion transactions, PayLite after Purchase transactions, Balance Transfer transactions, and Cash Advance transactions are excluded from the Promo.
  7. Citibank and the Merchant will not honor redemptions using official receipts, charge slips, photocopies of the charge slip, a screen image or the Citi Statement of Account.
  8. The Cardholder can only redeem one (1) Freebie per qualified transaction.
  9. The Freebie is valid for any item at the ZALORA mobile app or website.
  10. Splitting of a single transaction into several approvals is strictly not allowed. Any transaction that is determined to be a result of splitting will NOT qualify for the Freebie.
  11. The Freebie is not convertible to cash or credit. It may also not be exchanged with another product.
  12. The Cardholder agrees that should his/her redemption be found to be fraudulent or to result from splitting of transactions, Citibank shall have the right to charge the Suggested Retail Price (SRP) of the Freebie to his/her Citi Card.
  13. Any dispute concerning the freebie/services of the Merchant will be settled directly between the Cardholder and the Merchant with the concurrence of DTI.
  14. In case of dispute in respect to the Cardholder's eligibility, coverage of dates, fulfillment, etc., Citibank's decision will prevail. In case of dispute involving the Freebie, the access and provision of information in the ZALORA website or app, the customer shall direct his/her dispute to ZALORA.
  15. Fraud, abuse, or any unauthorized action relating to the credit card transaction, the participation in the Promotion, or the redemption of the Freebie may result in forfeiture of the Freebie and/or the termination of the Citi Card and its privileges, at Citibank's discretion. This forfeiture and/or termination shall be without prejudice to any legal action that may be taken by Citibank.
  16. Cardholders who participate in this Promo authorize Citibank to give the necessary personal and other information of the Cardholders to the Merchant or Citibank's or Merchant's contractor or agent to perform or fulfill the redemption process of the Freebie.
  17. All PayLite purchases are subject to the terms and conditions of the Citi Card Agreement, including the terms related to the Citibank PayLite Installment Plan. The complete terms and conditions of the Citi Card Agreement may be viewed at www.citibank.com.ph.
