Terms and Conditions

• The SM Store Swipestakes Citi PayLite Promotion ("Promo") will run from October 1 to December 31, 2018 ("Promo Period") at all participating accredited The SM Store ("Merchant") outlets.
• The Promo is open to all Principal and Supplementary Cardholders whose cards have been locally issued by Citibank, N.A. Philippines ("Cardholder"), are active and in good credit standing, and with available Relationship Limit or Account Credit Limit, as applicable, at the time of purchase, and who are not prohibited under applicable Gifts, Anti-Bribery and Corruption laws, regulations and policies from participating in or qualifying for this Promo.
• For every Citi PayLite transaction with minimum single receipt worth of P5,000 and straight transactions with a minimum single receipt worth of P3,000 at The SM Store within the Promo Period, the Cardholder shall get a chance to instantly win P200 or P5,000 worth of SM Gift Passes ("Prize").
• Citi PayLite is available for a minimum single-receipt purchase of P5,000 at The SM Store.

• Upon processing of the qualified transaction, the Cardholder will be advised instantly if he/she has won a Prize. The SM Store transaction receipt will display one of the following messages ("Raffle Stub"):

  For winning transaction per cardholder (sample for P5,000 prize): Wave 1 sample.

  Congratulations from Citibank!
  You won [P5,000] worth of SM Gift Passes!
  Please present this receipt to the Customer Service Counter to claim your prize.
  Keep on using your Citi Card for more chances of winning.

• Claiming of Prizes for Promo Wave 2 is from October 1, 2018 to February 28, 2019.
• To claim the Prize, the Cardholder must present the winning The SM Store transaction receipt with Raffle Stub, the credit card charge slip (only original, readable, untampered receipts and charge slips will be accepted) and the Citi Credit Card used at the Customer Service Counter of The SM Store where the transaction was made.
• The Customer Service Supervisor and The SM Store Branch Manager/Assistant Branch Manager shall verify the winning transaction by checking the transaction receipt with Raffle Stub, the valid credit card charge slip, and the winning Citi Credit Card prior to awarding the Prize to the Cardholder. The winner must surrender the Raffle Stub to the Customer Service Representative.
• Upon claiming of the Prize, the transaction receipt and the Credit Card charge slip will be marked/ stamped "CLAIMED" by the Customer Service Representative of The SM Store. The Cardholder will then be asked to sign a redemption log-sheet.
• The SM Gift Passes can be used at the following stores and has no expiry and are valid as long as the barcodes are not encroached and the security features are intact: ACE Hardware, Ace Builders Center, Baby Company, Crocs, Forever 21, Kultura, Our Home, Crate and Barrel, Signature Lines, SM Appliance Center, Sports Central, Surplus Shop, SM Hypermarket, Toy Kingdom, Watsons, The SM Store, SM Savemore, ,SM Supermarket, SM Hypermarket, The Body Shop, L'Indochine,Simply Shoes, Skyranch, Joseph,Sfera, Stefanel SuiteBlanco and Uniqlo.
• The Prize is not convertible to cash or credit, and may not be exchanged with another product.
• The SM Store and Citibank will not replace lost or damaged raffle stubs and/or SM Gift Passes.
• By accepting the Prize, the winner agrees to hold The SM Store and Citibank free and harmless from any loss, injury, or damage caused by or arising from his/her participation in the Promo or caused by or arising from his/her acceptance and/or use of the prize.
• Employees, Management and Board of Directors of SM Retail Inc., its affiliates, accredited agencies and their relatives, up to the second degree of affinity and consanguinity are disqualified from winning.
• Splitting of transactions for the purpose of generating more chances of winning is prohibited. Splitting of a single transaction into several approvals is strictly not allowed. Any transaction that is determined to be a product of splitting is not qualified for the Promo.
• All Citi PayLite Installment purchases are subject to the Citi Card Agreement and all related provisions of the Citi Installment Facilities.
