- The FREEBIES at Memoxpress Citi PayLite Promotion ("Promo") will run from September 20 to January 15, 2019 The Promo is open to all Principal and Supplementary Cardholders whose cards have been locally issued by Citibank, N.A. Philippines ("Cardholder"), who are active and in good credit standing with available relationship limit and account credit limit, as applicable, who have a valid registered email address with Citibank, and who are not prohibited under Applicable Gifts, Anti-Bribery and Corruption laws, regulations, and policies from participating in and/or qualifying for this Promo.

A Cardholder who uses his/her Citi Card for a single-receipt Citi PayLite Installment Plan transaction as stated in the table below at any accredited Citi PayLite merchant within the promo period will be entitled to receive one (1) free item ("Freebie") below:

- To redeem the Freebie, the Cardholder must:

- To use the E-gift points at any participating MX store, cardholder must present the MX E-gift code to the store personnel for validation and redemption.
- Only Citi PayLite Installment Plan transactions will be valid for redemption. Straight retail transactions, foreign currency transactions, auto-charge transactions (e.g. auto-debit facilities for utilities, telecommunications, insurance premiums, etc.), payments through Citibank Online, payments through Citimobile, internet-based purchases, Call for Cash transactions, Click for Cash transactions, Balance Conversion transactions, PayLite after Purchase transactions, Balance Transfer transactions, and Cash Advance transactions are excluded from the Promo.
- Citibank and the Merchant will not honor redemptions using official receipts, charge slips, photocopies of the charge slip, a screen image or the Citi Statement of Account.
- The Mx E-gift points is for ONE TIME use only. If the total value of MX E-points is NOT used up, there will be no cash change given.
- The cardholder is responsible for the safekeeping of the MX E-gift code. Lost/deleted MX E-gift code will not replace by Citibank and/or Memoxpress.

Any transaction that is determined to be a result of splitting will NOT qualify for the Freebie.
- The Freebie is not convertible to cash or credit. It may also not be exchanged with another product.
- The Cardholder agrees that should his/her redemption be found to be fraudulent or to result from splitting of transactions, Citibank shall have the right to charge the Suggested Retail Price (SRP) of the Freebie to his/her Citi Card.
- Any dispute concerning the freebie/services of the Merchant will be settled directly between the Cardholder and the Merchant with the concurrence of DTI.
- In case of dispute in respect to the Cardholder's eligibility, coverage of dates, fulfillment, etc., Citibank's decision will prevail. In case of dispute involving the Freebie, the receipt of E-gift points, the customer shall direct his/her dispute to Memoxpress.
- Fraud, abuse, or any unauthorized action relating to the credit card transaction, the participation in the Promotion, or the redemption of the Freebie may result in forfeiture of the Freebie and/or the termination of the Citi Card and its privileges, at Citibank's discretion. This forfeiture and/or termination shall be without prejudice to any legal action that may be taken by Citibank.
- Cardholders who participate in this Promo authorize Citibank to give the necessary personal and other information of the Cardholders to the Merchant or Citibank's or Merchant's contractor or agent to perform or fulfill the redemption process of the Freebie.
- All PayLite purchases are subject to the terms and conditions of the Citi Card Agreement, including the terms related to the Citibank PayLite Installment Plan. The complete terms and conditions of the Citi Card Agreement may be viewed at www.citibank.com.ph.

Terms and Conditions
- The Citi PayLite Installment Plan is a Card facility which allows Citi Cardholders of good credit standing to pay for select goods and services purchased from accredited Citi PayLite merchants in the Philippines, together with the applicable interest and other fees, on installment basis ("Installment Transaction"). It is available for single-receipt purchases of at least P3,000. It is subject to approval based on the available Relationship Limit or Account Credit Limit, as applicable, at the time of purchase.
- Subject to Section 4, the price of items purchased (the "Principal Amount") under the 0% Citi PayLite Installment Plan will be interest-free for the duration of the installment plan. The 0% Citi PayLite Installment Plan is available for selected items at 3, 6, 9, 12, 18 and 24-month terms or as otherwise specified by the merchant offering the 0% Citi PayLite Installment Plan.
- The monthly installment due for the Installment Transaction ("Monthly Installment Due") is included in the Minimum Amount Due in the Cardholder's Statement of Account until the Principal Amount is paid in full.
- If the Cardholder pays less than the Total Amount Due indicated in the Statement of Account, the unpaid portion of the Monthly Installment Due is subject to the prevailing monthly retail Interest Charge. Interest is compounded monthly. Usual Late Charges also apply. In addition, if the Card account is past due for 60 days or more, the Installment Transaction will be cancelled. Any remaining unpaid balance will be billed to the Card account in full and will be subject to the prevailing monthly retail Interest Charge. Please refer to the Citi Card Fees and Charges for the prevailing rates, fees and charges. This can be viewed at www.citibank.com.ph.
- If the Cardholder wishes to cancel an Installment Transaction before its Term ends, the Cardholder may do so without a prepayment penalty. In that case, the Cardholder agrees to pay in full the unpaid portion of the Principal Amount and the cancellation processing fee of P300. In case of promotions where Citi gives the Cardholder a premium item/s (which includes promotional items, Usage Privileges, etc.), Citi may charge the full monetary equivalent of the premium item should the Cardholder cancel the Installment Transaction.
APPLICABLE FEES AND CHARGES:
Cancellation Processing Fee = P300 - The Cardholder acknowledges that the Installment Transaction will be maintained for the Term stated in the charge slip or other documents furnished to the Cardholder and that Citi has already incurred cost of funds and committed yield to fund sources to finance the Installment Transaction. In case the Cardholder pre-pays any Installment Transaction before the lapse of the Term, the Cardholder agrees to reimburse Citi for any loss or additional cost, including but not limited to processing the pre-payment.
- Upon the Cardholder's availment, Citi already pays for the goods or services in full. In the event that a Citi PayLite merchant from whom the Cardholder purchased the goods or services for future delivery ceases to operate, the Cardholder will still be liable to pay for all unpaid Citi PayLite Installments.
- All Citi PayLite Installment purchases are subject to the Citi Card Agreement and all related provisions of the Citi Installment Facilities.
- These Terms and Conditions should be read together with the Citi Card Agreement, to produce a result that is harmonious and consistent. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the Citi Card Agreement, these Terms and Conditions will prevail in relation to the Principal Amount applied under the Facility.
