Citi Fitbit Fitness Wristband Online Acquisition Promotion

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • The Citi Fitbit Fitness Wristband Online Acquisition Promotion ("Promo") will run from February 1, 2017 until April 30, 2017 ("Promo Period").
  • The Promo is open to Principal New-to-Bank card applicants who meet the following criteria:
    1. who apply for either a Citi Rewards Card; Citi Premier Miles Card; Citi Cash Back Card, Citi Platinum Card, Citi Shell Card or Citi Mercury Drug Card ("Citi Card") with Citibank, N.A. Philippine Branch ("Citibank") through the online application link at www.citibank.com.ph and various online media channels, only;
    2. whose applications are subsequently approved within the Promo Period;
    3. who (a) makes a purchase of at least P20,000 (whether in a one-time spend or accumulated spend) with his/her new Citi Card within 60 days of card issuance, (b) creates a Citibank Online (CBOL) account and (c) enrolls in e-Statement within 60 days of card issuance; and
    4. who are not prohibited under applicable Gifts, Anti-Bribery and Corruption laws, regulations, and policies from participating in or qualifying for this Promo.

    A Principal New-to-Bank card applicant is defined as a person who does not have any existing principal Citi Card, locally issued by Citibank and has not had one within the last six (6) months at the time of application. Principal Card applicants who meet all of the criteria above shall be referred to as the "Cardholder".

  • Incumbent government officials or employees, whether elected or appointed, are not eligible to participate in this Promo.
  • The qualified Cardholder who meets all of the above criteria will be entitled to a free Fitbit Charge 2 Watch (Welcome Gift) which the Cardholder will redeem at Beyond The Box or Digital Walker (Merchant) retail stores.
  • The qualified Cardholder will receive an SMS and/or email from Citi instructing him/her to log in to his/her Citibank Online (CBOL) account to access his/her redemption form. A targeted message will appear in the qualified Cardholder's Citibank online account and will lead him/her to the online redemption form. To sign-up for a CBOL account, the cardholder would need to go to www.citibank.com.ph and follow the steps for CBOL account registration. The qualified Cardholder will receive the SMS and/or email on the following send out dates:
    1. March 8, 2017
    2. April 5, 2017
    3. May 3, 2017
    4. June 7, 2017
    5. July 5, 2017
  • To redeem the Welcome Gift, the qualified Cardholder will need to fulfill these steps:
    1. Fill-in the following details on the online redemption form:
      1. Last 6-digits of the approved Citi Card
      2. Beyond The Box or Digital Walker Branch where Welcome Gift will be redeemed (*refer to below list of branches).
    2. Click the submit button on the online redemption form.
    3. Print a copy of the submitted online redemption form.
    4. Proceed to the specified Beyond The Box or Digital Walker Branch indicated in the redemption form two (2) weeks after submission of the redemption form.
    5. Present a valid ID, the approved Citi Card and the printed online redemption form at the specified Beyond The Box or Digital Walker Branch.
  • The Beyond The Box or Digital Walker representative will validate the ID and Citi Card against the submitted online redemption form and release the Welcome Gift to the Cardholder. The Beyond The Box or Digital Walker representative will collect the printed online redemption form.
  • Redemption Period is until July 31, 2017.
  • A Cardholder who applies and is approved for two (2) or more Cards under different promotions within the same promo period will only be entitled to one applicable welcome gift. A Cardholder who applied for a Citi Card under another promo and received a welcome gift under the other promo will not be eligible to participate in this offer.
  • The Promo offer is not transferable and may not be converted to cash, credit or kind.
  • In case of dispute in respect of the Cardholder's eligibility, coverage of dates, fulfilment, etc., Citibank's decision will prevail.
  • All queries regarding this Promo should be directed to Citibank at 995-9999 (Metro Manila), 234-999 (Metro Cebu) or 63 2 995-999 (from abroad).
  • Abuse of promotion (i.e. the act of participating in the bank's various promotions or the filing of the application for the purpose of obtaining the gift item) will result in the charging back of the cost of the gift item (worth P7,641.00) against the Cardholder's account and disqualification from future promotional offers. For the purpose of this promotion, any card cancellation that occurs at any time from card issuance date to eighteen (18) months therefrom shall be prima facie evidence of engaging in abuse of promotion.
  • Disenrollment from e-Statement or failure to maintain the Cardholder's CBOL within twenty four (24) months from card issuance date shall also result in the charging back of the cost of the welcome gift against the Cardholder's account.
  • Fraud, abuse or any unauthorized action relating to this Promo may result in the forfeiture of the said gift item or the charging of the cost of the gift item against the Cardholder's account. This forfeiture or charging of the cost shall be without prejudice to any legal action that may be taken by Citibank.
  • The Cardholder can only avail of the Promo once.
  • By participating in the Promo, the qualified Cardholder hereby authorizes the transfer, disclosure and communication of information relating to his/her accounts to and from /between Citibank and the participating merchant and service providers for the purpose of verification, checking, validation and fulfillment.
  • Citibank is not an agent of the participating merchant and makes no representation as to the quality of the goods and services provided. All feedback regarding the quality of the goods and services provided should be directed to the merchant.
  • The terms and conditions of the Citi Card Agreement shall continue to apply. All related provisions of the Citi Rewards Card, Citi Premier Miles Card, Citi Cash Back Card, Citi Platinum Card, Citi Shell Card, Citi Mercury Drug Card's Terms and Conditions shall likewise apply.   • The No Annual Fees for Citi Rewards Card ("Promo") will run from July 1 until December 31, 2016 ("Promo Period").
  • The Promo is open to Principal New-to-Bank (NTB) card applicants who meet the following criteria:
    1. who apply for a Citi Rewards Card ("Card") with Citibank, N.A. Philippines Branch ("Citibank") through any acquisition booth or online at www.citibank.com.ph;
    2. whose applications are subsequently approved within the Promo Period;
    3. who enroll in electronic statements (eSOA) within 60 days from card issuance date;
    4. who spend using their Card at least once a year;
    5. who maintain the Citi Rewards Card account in good credit standing.
    6. who are not prohibited under applicable Gifts, Anti-Bribery and Corruption laws, regulations, and policies from participating in or qualifying for this Promo.

    A New-to-Bank card applicant is defined as a person who does not have any existing principal Citi Card locally issued by Citibank and has not had one within the last six (6) months at the time of application.

    Principal Card applicants who meet all of the criteria above will be referred to as the "Cardholder".

  • The qualified Cardholder can enjoy waived annual fees on his/hera Citi Rewards Card with waived annual fees as long as he/she maintains his/her Citi Card account as active and in good credit standing and maintains the enrollment of his/her Citi Card in eSOA. To keep the Ccard account active, he/she should use the Citi Rewards Card for a purchase transaction at least once a year.
  • In case of multiple card approvals, only the Citi Rewards Card will be able to avail of the privilege ofunder perpetual the annual fee waiver, subject to the above conditions and to the condition that both/all the Citi Cards of the Cardholder shall be maintained in good credit standing. The same terms apply in the event that the Cardholder subsequently applies for and is issued an additional Citi Card/s.
  • The annual fee waiver under this Promo cannot be transferred to another new or open Principal Card that was not part of this Promo offer.
  • A Cardholder who applies and is approved for two (2) or more Cards under different promotions within the same promo period will only be entitled to one applicable welcome gift. A Cardholder who applied for a Citi Card under a promo and received a welcome gift during the promo period will not be eligible to participate in this Promo.
  • The annual fee waiver is not transferrable or exchangeable to cash, credit or kind.
  • Citibank reserves the right to discontinue the granting of the annual fee waiver to the relevant Card account where:
    1. applicable law, regulation, or policy restricts the continued granting of such waiver; or
    2. the Cardholder terminates his/her enrollment in eSOA; or
    3. the Cardholder does not use his/her Card as specified in item #3;
    4. the Cardholder does not maintain his/her Citi Card account/s in good credit standing; or
    5. the Cardholder has breached the terms and conditions of the Citi Card Agreement or rules governing credit relationships.
  • In case of dispute in respect of the Cardholder's eligibility, coverage of dates and fulfilment, Citibank's decision will prevail.
  • The Promo offer will not apply in conjunction with any other existing promotion, except for Citibank online acquisition promos.
