Digital Acquisition Promo

  1. The Digital Acquisitions Promo ("Promo") will run from April 1 to July 31, 2018 ("Promo Period")
  2. New clients of Citibank, N.A., Philippine Branch ("Citibank") or Citibank and Citicorp Financial Services and Insurance Brokerage Philippines, Inc. ("CFSI") who qualify under the criteria set out below are eligible to participate in the Promo. A new client is defined as a person who (a) opens a Citibank, or Citibank and CFSI relationship as the Primary Account Holder in the relationship during the Promo Period; and (b) does not have any existing Citibank or Citibank and CFSI, whether as primary, secondary or joint accountholder. A client who has a closed Citibank relationship for more than 6 months at the time of the Promo is also considered a new client. Incumbent government officials or employees, whether elected or appointed, US persons (i.e. a citizen or lawful resident, green card holder of the United States of America) and corporate accounts are not eligible to participate in this Promo. The promo is not applicable to a resident individual of the European Union, European Economic Area (EEA) or any other jurisdictions where this activity is restricted.
  3. A new client is eligible for the Promo if he/she a) opens a relationship with Citibank or Citibank and CFSI, with aggregate Total Relationship Balance1 of at least P1,000,000 (or its foreign currency equivalent) under the Citi Priority segment or P4,500,000 (or its foreign currency equivalent) under the Citigold segment and meets the minimum Total Relationship Balance1 within 3 months from opening a Citi Priority or Citigold relationship and b) fills up and signs the Wealth Management Referral Form, along with all the co-accountholders to the account, if any.
  4. A new client is eligible for the Promo if he/she initiates an account opening through Citibank Online (www.citibank.com.ph) and completes such application, or is an existing Citi Credit Cardholder who is part of a pre-qualified base and expresses intent to establish a relationship with Citibank or Citibank and CFSI t to a Citigold Acquisition Officer via phone:

    The new client will be awarded his/her Welcome Gift by the fourth month2 after establishing their new Citi Priority or Citigold relationship. The new client shall be entitled to a one-time crediting of miles to their Citi PremierMiles® Card:

  5. New clients who are eligible for the Promo must maintain their Citi Priority and/or Citigold status for a period of 6 months from the date account has been opened. Eligible clients subsequently unable to meet the eligibility requirements during the said given period shall no longer be covered by the Promo and shall be liable for the full cost of the welcome gift.
  6. Clients who are eligible for the Promo must keep their Citi Credit Card in good credit standing throughout the Promo Period and up to the awarding of the miles or rewards points, as the case may be. Client will be disqualified from the Promo in the event that their Citi Credit Card becomes delinquent, is suspended, cancelled and/or terminated.
  7. By participating in the Promo, the Eligible Customer hereby authorizes the transfer, disclosure and communication of their personal and account information to and from/between Citibank and CFSI, participating merchants and service providers for the purpose of verification, checking, validation and fulfillment.
  8. The Promo and its offers are not convertible to cash and are non-transferable.
  9. In case of dispute, Citibank's or CFSI's decision will be final in concurrence with DTI.

Acquisition Cash Credits Offer

  1. The Acquisitions Promo will run from August 1, 2017 to December 31, 2017 (the "Promo"). The Acquisitions Promo is extended until July 31, 2018. The Promo is not valid with other promotions, including but not limited to, New Funds Promotion and Time Deposit Promotion.
  2. New clients of Citibank N.A. Philippines ("Citibank") and/or Citicorp Financial Services and Insurance Brokerage Philippines, Inc. ("CFSI") who qualify under the criteria set out below are eligible to participate in the Promo.     • New clients with investment purchase by the end of the third month, provided that client meets Total Relationship Balance of at least P1,000,000 under the Citi Priority segment or P4,500,000 under the Citigold segment.

  6. Client must open a peso savings or checking account with Citibank to receive the Welcome Reward. Welcome Reward and early funding bonus will be credited into such account 4 months from the date the Eligible Client's new Citi Priority or Citigold relationship has been established. The reward on investment purchase will be credited 6 months after account has been opened.
  7. Eligible client must maintain their Citi Priority or Citigold status for a period of 6 months from date account has been opened. Eligible Customers subsequently unable to meet the eligibility requirements during the said given period shall no longer be covered by the Promo and shall be liable for the full cost of the gift, which includes the Welcome Reward, early funding bonus and investment purchase reward.
  8. For Citigold, an Anniversary Bonus of P5,000 for will also be given to the Eligible Customer if s/he meets the qualifications for Citigold status, as the case may be, with no status downgrade, for a period of at least (12) twelve months from account opening
  9. The payment of cash credits will be subject to the applicable taxes to be shouldered by the Eligible Customer and may be included in the relevant tax reporting with the Philippine Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR).
  10. By Participating in the Promo, the Eligible Customer hereby authorizes the transfer, disclosure and communication of information relating to his/her accounts to and from/between Citibank and CFSI and service providers for the purpose of verification, checking and validation.
  11. The Promo and its offers are non-transferable. Cash credits should only be credited to the Eligible Customer's Peso savings or checking account with Citibank.
  12. In case of dispute, Citibank's or CFSI's decision will be final with concurrence of DTI.
