TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Weekends with Citi ("Promo") will run from March 9, 2018 - February 3, 2019, Fridays to Sundays ("Promo Period").
    The Promo is open to principal and supplementary cardholders of Citi ("Cardholder") whose credit cards ("Card") have been locally issued by Citibank, N.A. Philippine Branch ("Citi"), are active and in good credit standing and with available credit limit and who are not prohibited under applicable Gifts, Anti-Bribery and Corruption laws, regulations, and policies from participating in or qualifying for this Promo.
  2. Officers and employees of Citi and, where applicable, employees of its advertising and PR agencies and of its third party service providers who are directly involved in the generation of winners, including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity are likewise not eligible for this Promo.
  3. Incumbent government officials or employees, whether elected or appointed, are not eligible to participate in this Promo.
  4. Qualified Purchases

    • Every dining transaction charged by the Cardholder to the Citi Card within the Promo Period will give the Cardholder a chance to win back the amount of his/her dining transaction up to a maximum of P5,000, in cash credits. There is no minimum purchase amount required.
    • A dining transaction is defined by the merchant credit card acquirer under the following merchant category codes:

      MCC CATEGORY
      5814 FAST FOOD RESTAURANTS
      5921 PACKAGE STORES, BEER, WINE AND LIQUOR
      5811 CATERERS
      5812 EATING PLACES, RESTAURANTS
      5813 BARS, COCKTAIL LOUNGES, DISCOTHEQUES, NIGHTCLUBS, AND TAVERNS-DRINKING PLACES (ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES)
    • The Cardholder's Citi Card account/s must be active and in good credit standing during the Promo Period. The principal Cardholder's credit standing will affect the supplementary Cardholder's chances of winning.
  5. Dine, Swipe and Win

    • The Cardholder dines in his/her restaurant of choice.

    Swipe

    • The Cardholder pays for his/her dining bill with his/her Citibank card. There is no minimum spend requirement.

    Win

    • There will be a total of 3,600 winners drawn by electronic raffle.
    • A Cardholder may only win once during the entire promo period.
    • The 3,600 Winners will receive the following notifications from Citi:

      An SMS notification that the Cardholder will get cash credits for the amount of his/her dining transaction, up to a maximum of P5,000.

    • The cash credits will be reflected in the winner's statement of account (SOA) 60 days after the transaction date.

      An SMS and/or Email and/or Citibank Online account notification that the cash credits have already been awarded

  6. Raffle Draw Process
    • Upon completing a qualified purchase, a Cardholder has a chance to win back the amount of his/her dining transaction, up to a maximum of P5,000, in cash credits.
    • Citibank will conduct an electronic raffle to draw three thousand six hundred (3,600) winners.
      1. The electronic raffle program logic is as follows:
        • Qualified transactions are:
          1. Dining transactions at restaurants with merchant category codes indicated above (refer to Item 4).
          2. There is no minimum purchase amount.
        • The electronic raffle will randomly choose a winner, based on statistical probability given the number of winners.
      2. The winners will receive an SMS message from Citibank or Citi sender ID notifying the cardholder they won and an SMS message and/or e-mail and/or a message on their Citibank Online Account on his/her registered mobile number and/or e-mail address and/or valid Citibank Online account page with the confirmation that cash credits have already been awarded.
  7. Each of the winners authorizes Citi to disclose and/or publish his/her name, photos and other particulars to any person/s and in any mode or manner as Citi may deem appropriate. The winners may be required to participate in publicity programs which Citi may from time to time organize in connection with the Promo and if so, such Winners must attend such functions. Expenses and/or costs in attending such functions will be shouldered by the winner.
  8. The Promo offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, privileges or VIP cards. Discounts and privileges are not exchangeable or convertible to cash or other goods and services nor are allowed as payment for the Card dues.
  9. In case of dispute regarding the Cardholder's eligibility, coverage of dates, awarding, etc., Citi's decision will prevail. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder's eligibility for the Promo or for any request will be resolved by Citi.
  10. Fraud, abuse or any unauthorized action relating to the credit card transaction, or the participation in the Promo may result in the disqualification of the Cardholder from the Promo, suspension or cancellation of Card privileges or the charging of the cost of the prize to the Cardholder's Citi Card, at Citi's discretion. This shall be without prejudice to any legal action that may be taken by Citi.
