View and download your credit card statements of up to 12 months on the Citi Mobile® App or access 7 years of your account statements on Citibank® Online.
Citi® e-Statements are digital versions of your paper statements. You can view your statements on the Citi Mobile® App or Citibank® Online. You can also opt to receive your Citi® e-Statements and e-Advices in a password-protected PDF file through your registered email address.
(For customers with Citi credit cards)
Open the Citi Mobile® App.
Click 'Remaining Statement Balance' .
Click the Month & Year.
Choose Month & Year you want to view.
Click done and click PDF.
(For customers with Citi credit cards and/or bank accounts)
Log in to your Citibank® Online Account and click download recent statements found on the right side of the screen.
Enter your One-Time PIN.
Select Year and Date of the statement you want to view.
Proceed to download to view your statement of account.
Citi® e-Statements are digital versions of your paper statements. If you’re enrolled to Citi® e-Statements, a notification is sent to your registered email address to inform you that your e-Statement is available and ready for viewing. You will receive your statement either as a password-protected PDF file attached to the email or through a link where you can log in and access your e-Statement on Citibank® Online.
For customers with credit cards, you can also view your e-Statements on the Citi Mobile® App.
Safe and Secure
Your Citi® e-Statement is sent as a password-protected PDF file that no other person but yourself will be able to view. You can also access your e-Statements by logging in to your Citibank® Online or Citi Mobile® App account using your username and password.

Citi e-Advices are digital versions of your bank and/or card paper notices. You will receive a notification in your registered email address to inform you that your e-Advice is available and ready for viewing. You will receive the e-Advice either as a password-protected PDF file attached to the email or through a link where you can log in and access your e-Advice on Citibank® Online.
To receive your e-Statement on time, please ensure that you keep your registered email up to date and that your mailbox is not full. We also recommend that you add Citi e-Statement [email@example.com] to your Address Book or Contact List to avoid potential spam filtering.

Electronic Statement and Electronic Advice
The default password is your birth date using the format ddMmmyyy (e.g. 23Jan1978). This password applies to both your Electronic Statement and Electronic Advice.
For added security and convenience, we encourage you to change your default password. You can personalize your password by logging in to your Citibank® Online account at www.citibank.com.ph. Under the Services tab, select Profile & Settings > E-STATEMENTS AND E-ADVICES > Enroll/edit e-Statement.
To ensure the security of your account, please follow these requirements in creating your password:
- Must be 8-13 characters
- Must have at least one letter (A-Z or a-z) and one number (0-9)
Any change in password will only apply to the electronic statement and advice received after such change. Should you wish to view past e-Statements and e-Advice, you will be required to use the password that was active at the time of receipt of such statement or advice.
Alternatively, you may view your past e-Statements and e-Advice by logging in to your Citibank® Online account on your PC.
You need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader version 7.0 or later in your computer. You can download this for free from www.adobe.com.
Once you're enrolled, all your other bank and card accounts will be enrolled in electronic statements. When you open a new account with Citibank, there is no need to enroll again as this will be enrolled automatically.
You can request for a paper copy of your Bank or Citi credit card statement by just logging in to your Citibank® Online account at www.citibank.com.ph. Under the Services tab, select Profile & Settings > E-STATEMENTS AND E-ADVICES > Order a paper statement

Simply log in to your Citibank® Online account on your PC. Select "Download recent statements" from the "Quick Tasks" section on the right panel of your Account Summary page.You will be prompted to enter a One-Time PIN (OTP) which you can generate via SMS or the Citi Mobile® App. From there, you can select the year and month of the statement you would like to view or download.

Simply log in to your Citibank® Online account on your PC. Under the Services tab, select Profile & Settings > E-STATEMENTS AND E-ADVICES > View Electronic Advice. You will be prompted to enter a One-Time PIN (OTP) which you can generate via SMS or the Citi Mobile® App. From there, you can select the month of the advice type you would like to view or download.

Always ensure that your email address and mobile number are updated with Citi. Please also check your inbox if it may be full. If your inbox is full, we will be unable to send your e-Statements.

As of now, only credit card customers can access their e-Statements on the Citi Mobile® App. Click here to know how.
If you have Citi credit cards, your e-Statements are available on the Citi Mobile® App and Citibank® Online. If you have a Citi® bank account, your e-Statements are available only on Citibank® Online. If you have a Citi® Personal Loan account, your electronic statements will be sent to your registered email address.
In the event that you may find errors in your e-Statements, please notify us immediately. You must send the signed and completed Cardholder Dispute Form (available via Citibank® Online at www.citibank.com.ph or CitiPhone® at 995 9999 in Metro Manila or 234 9999 in Metro Cebu) and any supporting documents via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or deliver them to us at any of our Citibank, N.A. Philippine branches within thirty (30) days from the date of the e-Statement. To know more about disputes related to e-Statements, please click here.
