Electronic Statement

Citi® Electronic Statements (e-Statements) are digital versions of your paper statements. If you're enrolled to Citi® e-Statements, a notification is sent to your registered email address to inform you that your e-Statement is available and ready for viewing on the Citi Mobile® App or Citibank Online. You may also receive your statement as a password-protected PDF file attached to the email.

Electronic Advice

Citi® Electronic Advices (e-Advices) are digital versions of your bank and/or card paper notices/letters. If you're enrolled to Citi® e-Advices, you will receive a notification through your registered email address to inform you that your e-Advice is available and ready for viewing on Citibank Online. You may also receive your advice as a password-protected PDF file attached to the email.

How To View

  • Log in to your Citi Mobile® App account.
  • On the dashboard, choose the account you wish to view the statement of and tap on the “Statement” section.
  • Tap on the “PDF icon” to view your latest statement.
  • Log in to your Citibank Online account.
  • Under "Quick Tasks," click "Download Recent Statements."
  • Enter your One-Time PIN (OTP) that will be sent to you via SMS.
  • Select the year and date of the statement you’d like to view and click “Download.”
  • Log in to your Citibank Online account.
  • Select “Services” on the top navigation menu, then click “Profile & Settings.”
  • Select “E-STATEMENTS AND E-ADVICES” then “View Electronic Advice.”
  • Enter your One-Time PIN (OTP) that will be sent to you via SMS.
  • Select the year and date of the statement you’d like to view and click “Download.”

Important note:

To receive your e-Statement on time, please ensure that you keep your registered email up to date and that your mailbox is not full. We also recommend that you add Citi e-Statement [phesmail@edelivery.citi.com] and Citi e-Advice [phesmail@edelivery.citi.com] to your Address Book or Contact List to avoid potential spam filtering.

Electronic Statement and Electronic Advice

Paper statements and advices that are sent via postal mail pose a risk of your confidential information being viewed by others who open your physical mail without permission. Electronic statements and advices that are sent as a PDF attachment to your registered email address are encrypted and require you to enter an e-Statement/e-Advice password prior to viewing.

However, Citi recommends that you access your e-Statements and e-Advices via the Citi Mobile® App or Citibank® Online as these platforms are protected by multi-factor authentication. By viewing your statement on the Citi Mobile® App or Citibank® Online, you won't have to sort through your emails just to look for the one you need. You can just view and download up to 7 years’ worth of your statements which you can easily search by month and year. Similarly, you can access up to 2 years’ worth of your advices on Citibank® Online.

For statements that are sent to your email inbox, an e-Statement password is required to view your statements. Citi recommends that you regularly change your password.

However, for added security, we recommend viewing your statements via the Citi Mobile® App or Citibank® Online, where your statements are protected by multi-factor authentication.

Your bank and credit card e-Statements are available on the Citi Mobile® App and Citibank® Online. If you have a Citi® Personal Loan account, your electronic statements can be viewed on the Citi Mobile® App only.

You will receive a confirmation email at your registered email address upon successful enrollment in each of the services.

An email notification will be sent to your registered email address when your e-Statement and/or e-Advice is ready for viewing.

You need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader version 8.0 or later in your computer. You can download this for free from www.adobe.com.

The default password is your birth date using the format ddMmmyyy (e.g., 23Jan1978). This password applies to both your electronic statement and electronic advice.

For added security and convenience, we encourage you to change your default password. You can personalize your password by logging in to your Citibank® Online account at www.citibank.com.ph. Under the Services tab, select Profile & Settings > E-STATEMENTS AND E-ADVICES > Enroll/edit e-Statement.

To ensure the security of your account, please follow these requirements in creating your password:

  • Must be 8-13 characters
  • Must have at least one letter (A-Z or a-z) and one number (0-9)

Any change in password will only apply to the electronic statement/s and/or advice/s received after such change. Should you wish to view past e-Statements and e-Advices, you will be required to use the password that was active at the time of receipt of such statement or advice.

Alternatively, you may view your past e-Statements and e-Advices by logging in to your Citibank® Online account on your PC or desktop. You may also access up to 7 years’ worth of your statements on the Citi Mobile® App.

Once you're enrolled to e-Statements, all your existing Citibank accounts will be enrolled in electronic statements. When you open a new account with Citibank, there is no need to enroll again as this will be enrolled automatically.

Yes. Please may update your registered email address via the Citi Mobile® App or Citibank® Online.

You can save or print a copy of your e-Statement and/or e-Advice by clicking on the 'save' icon or 'print' icon on the top navigation bar of the Adobe or PDF reader software.

No, you will not receive any paper statements and/or advices once you are enrolled in Citi e-Statements and/or e-Advices.

You can request for a paper copy of your bank or credit card statement by just logging in to your Citibank® Online account at www.citibank.com.ph. Under the Services tab, select Profile & Settings > E-STATEMENTS AND E-ADVICES > Order a paper statement

Always ensure that your email address and mobile number are updated with Citi. Please also check your email inbox in case it may be full. If your inbox is full, we will be unable to send your e-Statements and/or e-Advices.

You can also access your e-Statement and/or e-Advice online by logging in to your Citibank® Online account on your PC or desktop. You may also view your bank, cards and personal loan statements on the Citi Mobile® App.

You can cancel your e-Statement and/or e-Advice enrollment by logging in to Citibank® Online.
