How To Apply

Just log in to the Citi Mobile® App and follow these steps:

Your application or request for credit limit / relationship limit increase shall be subject to the Bank’s credit evaluation.

Submit any of the following through the Citi Mobile® App

For employed:

  • Latest 1 month pay slip issued in the last 30 days
  • Certificate of Employment with Salary issued in the last 30 days

For self-employed:

  • Latest income tax return of your business (Form 1701) – all pages; and
  • Latest Audited Financial Statements of the business with independent auditor’s report and balance sheets and tax receipt – all pages

To check the status of your line increase application, you can call CitiPhone® at (632) 8995-9999(632) 8995-9999 Mondays to Fridays, from 9 AM to 8 PM. Your application is subject to credit evaluation.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Your application or request for credit limit / relationship limit increase shall be subject to the Bank’s credit evaluation. Citibank reserves the right to reject your application or to grant a lower credit limit than the requested credit limit as a result of the Bank’s credit evaluation at the time of application.
  2. Should the line increase be approved, this increase shall be shared across all of your Citi Cards. The new credit limit/relationship limit will be reflected in your Citibank Online account within 5-10 business days after application date.
