    2. Check the email account you used to register your DragonPass account. Your DragonPass membership number and PIN will be sent there. In case you don't receive an email, please check your junk/spam mail.

    1. Download DragonPass App from DragonPass Company Limited and make sure that it's always updated.

    2. Select your lounge by logging into the app and selecting the relevant airport. You'll see all options available but be on the lookout for lounges with the "Member Access" button. This is where you can use your free lounge passes.

FAQs

DragonPass is a one-stop premium airport service provider that allows members to enjoy airport lounge access, Exclusive Members Deals, and Meet & Greet and Limousine service via its website and app.

With your DragonPass membership, you are entitled to 2 complimentary lounge passes with your Citi PremierMiles or Citi Platinum card, every DragonPass membership year. If you have both these cards, you are entitled to only one DragonPass Account.

The following are qualified to register for a DragonPass account:

  • Citi Platinum MasterCard or Visa cardholder (starting with 4532 48/5520 97) principal or supplementary credit cardholders who are active and in good standing.
  • Citi PremierMiles MasterCard or Visa cardholder (starting with 4532 48/4034 19/4539 72/5520 97) principal or supplementary credit cardholders who are active and in good standing. If you are a Citi PremierMiles and a Citi Platinum Cardholder, you are entitled to create only 1 DragonPass account.

If you are a Citi PremierMiles (starting with 4532 48/4034 19/4539 72/5520 97) or a Citi Platinum (starting with 4532 48/5520 97) Cardholder, you are entitled to 2 complimentary lounge passes per DragonPass membership year. If you have both these cards, you are entitled to only one DragonPass Account with 2 complimentary visits per DragonPass membership year.


The DragonPass membership year period is 12 months from the time that you registered for your DragonPass account. For example, if you register on November 30, 2021, you can use your complimentary lounge passes until November 30, 2022. Your DragonPass membership will be renewed on December 1, 2022.

The DragonPass membership will be renewed every 12 months from the date of DragonPass account creation as long as the Cardholder’s Citi Credit Card account remains active, is in good credit standing, and has an available credit limit at the time of renewal

Each credit card customer is entitled to enroll for one DragonPass account only. Duplicate accounts will be terminated and usages beyond the two complimentary lounge visits within the DragonPass membership year will be charged to the cardholders’ account.

Yes, you may use your PremierMiles/Rewards Points to pay off your additional lounge visit fees. To redeem, simply visit http://www.citibank.com/ph/thankyou, click “Vouchers and Cash”> “Cash Credits” and select the amount that you would like to redeem.

Simply visit the exclusive registration page: www.dragonpassuk.com/citiph, input your details and once your card is successfully validated, you will receive an e-mail from DragonPass containing your DragonPass ID and PIN.

Yes. You can continue to access the lounges on a pay per visit basis. DragonPass members can enjoy 20% discount on published rates if you use your Citi credit card to pay. Discounted Airport Lounge access fees may be viewed in the DragonPass app.

Yes, you may use your complimentary lounge passes for you and your guest. In case complimentary lounge visits have been consumed, you still have the option to access the lounges with family and friends at a special rate of 20% off published rates when you use your Citi credit card to pay. Please refer to the DragonPass app for the discounted rates.

Yes. You will be able to continue to enjoy accessing the lounge. However, prior to the renewal of your DragonPass account, you will be required to update your records with DragonPass. You will receive an email reminder from support@dragonpass.com with instructions on how to update your credit card details. Alternatively, you may also call or email DragonPass to update your information. For other inquiries related to your DragonPass account, you may call the DragonPass hotline at +65 6741 4197 or email support.apac@dragonpass.com.cn

You may reset your password via the DragonPass App by following these simple instructions:

  1. In the DragonPass App, simply tap on the “Log-in” button
  2. Select “Forgot Password”
  3. Input the email address which you used to register for your DragonPass account, and a verification code will be sent to your email
  4. Input the verification code and create a new password on the next page. Once you successfully change your password, you may already log-in using your email address and nominated password.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

FOR CITI PREMIERMILES / CITI PLATINUM CREDIT CARDHOLDERS

  1. Definitions

    The Citi Airport Lounge Access Program or Program refers to the program whereby Qualified Cardholders will be given complimentary DragonPass membership with access to select airport lounges through DragonPass Global Limited.

    Qualified Cardholders or Cardholders refer to cardholders who meet the following criteria:

    1. Principal and supplementary credit cardholders of Citi Platinum Cards (starting with 4532 48 / 5520 97) that have been locally issued by Citibank, N.A. Philippine Branch ("Citibank") or Union Bank of the Philippines, its successor and assign (hereafter, all references to Citi or Citibank N.A. – Philippine Branch is understood to be references to Union Bank of the Philippines, whose credit card accounts are active and in good credit standing, and who have available credit limit at the time of registration;
    2. Principal and supplementary credit cardholders of Citi Premier Miles Cards (starting with 4532 48 / 4034 19 / 4539 72 / 5520 97) that have been locally issued by Citibank, whose credit card accounts are active and in good credit standing, and who have available credit limit at the time of registration;
    3. And who are not prohibited under applicable Gifts, Anti-Bribery and Corruption laws, regulations, and policies from qualifying for this privilege.
  2. The program will be available until December 31, 2023.
  3. Each Cardholder is eligible for one (1) DragonPass Account regardless of how many qualified Citi Credit Cards he/she holds with Citibank.
  4. Cardholders must download the DragonPass mobile app in order to avail of the benefit.
  5. To apply for DragonPass membership, the Qualified Cardholder must register via the exclusive Citi Philippines DragonPass link: www.dragonpassuk.com/citiph and provide the following information:

    1. Name (same as in passport);
    2. Type of Card (drop down - Citi PremierMiles /Citi Platinum);
    3. Card Number;
    4. Expiry;
    5. Email address registered with Citi;
    6. Mobile number registered with Citi;
    7. Card Verification Value (CVV); and
    8. Date of Birth
  6. Upon successful registration, the Qualified Cardholder will receive an email from DragonPass Global Limited support@Dragonpassuk.com which will contain the activated DragonPass ID and Pin which he/she will use to access the DragonPass e-Card and account. The Cardholder must then download the DragonPass mobile app and use these details to log-in to the DragonPass membership account.
  7. The DragonPass membership is only valid as long as the Cardholder's Citi credit card account remains active and in good credit standing.
  8. The DragonPass membership will be renewed every twelve (12) months from the date of DragonPass account creation as long as the Cardholder's Citi Credit Card account remains active and in good credit standing and has available credit limit at the time of renewal.
  9. The DragonPass membership is non-transferable. The DragonPass membership may only be used by the Cardholder whose name appears on the DragonPass e-Card which can be viewed on the mobile app. Only one DragonPass account may be used by the Cardholder for each lounge visit.
  10. The Program grants Qualified Cardholders the following:

    1. Two (2) complimentary visits per DragonPass membership year to select lounges within the DragonPass network (refer to the list of the lounges for complimentary use in Annex A).
    2. Access to all lounges in the DragonPass Network on a pay per visit basis with a twenty percent (20%) discount on published rates if lounge access or service fee availed is paid for using the Citi Credit Card (Refer to the DragonPass App for the discounted rates for Citi Cardholders and to Annex A for the full list of lounges.)
    3. Any excess visit or additional service availment not covered by the Program must be paid for through the DragonPass mobile app and charged to the Citi Credit Card.
  11. The two (2) complimentary visits:

    1. May be availed of by Qualified Cardholders with international flights.
    2. May only be used at select lounges in the following airports (Refer to Annex A for the full list of lounges)

    3. Will only be valid for twelve (12) months from the date the DragonPass account is created or renewed, whichever is applicable.
    4. Are not cumulative and will be forfeited if unused at the end of the said twelve (12)-month period.
    5. Will be replenished at the start of the following DragonPass membership year.
    6. May be used by the Cardholder and one (1) guest accompanied by the DragonPass member.
  12. Only children below two (2) years old (with or without seats) are allowed to enter the airport lounge free of charge and will not be counted as guests of the Cardholder.
  13. To avail of the airport lounge access, the Cardholder and, if applicable, the permitted guest, must present the following:

    1. DragonPass e-Card;
    2. Citi Platinum or Citi PremierMiles Card of the Qualified Cardholder;
    3. Boarding pass for the international flight; and
    4. Passport.
  14. The benefit is not valid in conjunction with other discounts, privileges, vouchers or any promotional benefits.
  15. The Program privilege is not convertible to cash, credit or other goods and services.
  16. In case of dispute with respect to the Cardholder's eligibility, Citibank's decision shall prevail. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder's eligibility for the lounge access shall be resolved by Citibank.
  17. Cardholders shall be bound by UnionBank’s Data Privacy Statement, available in https://www.citibank.com.ph/static/data-privacy-statement/.
  18. Citibank may at any time and without prior notice, vary, modify, delete or amend the terms and conditions of the Program, the manner of availment and the Qualified Cardholders shall be bound by such variations and amendments. Such modifications and amendments shall be effective on such date or dates as determined solely by Citibank.
