AIRPORT LOUNGE ACCESS PROGRAM
TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Qualified Cardholders: Airport lounge access is available for principal and supplementary credit cardholders of Citi Platinum Visa and Citi PremierMiles Visa Signature Cards that have been locally issued by Citibank, N.A. Philippine Branch (“Citibank”), that are active and in good credit standing, with available credit limit, and have available Rewards points or PremierMiles in the principal cardholder’s account at the time of lounge access, and who are not prohibited under applicable Gifts, Anti-Bribery and Corruption laws, regulations, and policies from qualifying for this privilege (referred to as “Cardholder”), subject to the redemption of the required Rewards Points or PremierMiles as specified in item 4.

  2. Lounge Locations and Program Coverage: The airport lounge access is available for qualified Citibank Cardholders with international flights through the following lounges and for the specified periods:

  3. The qualified Citibank Cardholder can only bring one (1) guest to local lounges such as Miascor and Sky View. For Plaza Premium Lounge, only the principal and supplementary credit cardholders specified in item 1 are allowed.

  4. Only children two (2) years old and below (with or without seats) are allowed to enter the airport lounge free of charge and will not be counted as guests of the client.

  5. To avail of the airport lounge access, the Qualified Cardholder and, if applicable, the permitted guest, must present the following:

    1. Citi Platinum Visa or Citi PremierMiles Visa Signature Card of the Qualified Cardholder;
    2. Boarding pass for the international flight; and
    3. Passport;
    4. and shall redeem the corresponding number of points or miles:

    5. For Miascor and Sky View Lounge –
      1. Citi Platinum Visa Cardholder - three (3) Rewards Points each for the Cardholder (whether principal and supplementary) and the guest (if any).
      2. Citi PremierMiles Visa Signature Cardholder - one (1) PremierMile per person.
    6. For Plaza Premium Lounge – lounge access remains free of charge.
  6. The process for availing is as follows:

    1. For Citi Credit Cardholders Accessing Miascor or Sky View Lounge:

      a) Upon presentation of the qualified card, Miascor and Sky View Lounge designated front liners shall swipe the Citi Credit Card at a Citibank terminal to check if the Cardholder is currently qualified for lounge access.

      1. If the Principal Cardholder is the one availing of the lounge access, the lounge front liner shall deduct three (3) Rewards points per person from the Citi Platinum Visa Card or one (1) PremierMile per person from the Citi PremierMiles Visa Signature Card.

      2. If the Supplementary Cardholder is the one availing of the lounge access, Citibank shall deduct three (3) Rewards Points per person from the Principal Citi Platinum Visa Cardholder’s account or one (1) PremierMile per person from the Principal Citi PremierMiles Visa Signature Cardholder’s account within 90 days from the date of lounge access.

      3. b) The lounge front liner will print a charge slip, which indicates the number of redemptions made, including the guest, if any, and the Cardholder shall sign the charge slip, to signify his /her admittance.

        c) The charge slip shall reflect the number of Rewards Points or PremierMiles deducted from the qualified Cardholder’s account; no monetary amount will be charged to the Cardholder’s account.

        d) The lounge front liner will then check the signature on the charge slip against the signature found at the back of the designated Citi Credit Card, keep the Merchant copy of the charge slip, and give the Cardholder the customer’s copy of the charge slip.

    2. For Citi Credit Cardholders Accessing Plaza Premium Lounge (PPL):

      a) Upon presentation of the qualified Citi Credit Card, the lounge’s designated front liner will verify the cardholder’s eligibility via PPL’s system.

      b) If the cardholder is eligible for lounge access, the front liner will print out an electronic slip for the cardholder to sign as proof of admission.

      For PPL locations where PPL terminal is not yet available:

      a) Upon presentation of the qualified Citi Credit Card, the lounge’s designated front liner will write down the name of the Cardholder and card number presented on the log sheet.

      b) The Cardholder shall then be requested to sign beside his/her name in the log sheet.

  7. The airport lounge access privilege is not valid in conjunction with other discounts, privileges, vouchers or any promotional benefits.

  8. The airport lounge access privilege is not convertible to cash, credit or other goods and services.

  9. In case of dispute with respect to the Cardholder’s eligibility, Citibank’s decision shall prevail. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the lounge access shall be resolved by Citibank.

  10. Citibank may at any time vary without prior notice, modify, delete or amend the terms and conditions of the Airport Lounge Access Program, the manner of availment and the Qualified Cardholders shall be bound by such variations and amendments. Such modifications and amendments shall be effective on such date or dates as determined solely by Citibank.

  11. Fraud, abuse or any unauthorized action relating to the availment of the complimentary airport lounge access privilege may result in the disqualification of the Cardholder from the airport lounge access program, suspension or cancellation of his/her Card privileges, or the charging of the full cost of the airport lounge access (Php1,000 per entry per person) to the Cardholder’s Card account at Citibank’s discretion. This shall be without prejudice to any legal action that may be taken by Citibank.
