TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. CITI HOTEL STAYCATION WITH SHANGRI-LA'S BORACAY RESORT AND SPA (“Promo”) is open to all Citibank Cardholders (“Cardholder”), whose credit cards (“Cards”) have been issued by Citibank, N.A., are active and in good credit standing, and who are not prohibited under applicable Gifts, Anti-Bribery and Corruption laws, regulations, and policies from participating in and/or qualifying for this Promo.
  2. The Promo entitles the Cardholder to the following benefits:

    • Promotion is applicable for a minimum requirement of 2 nights per stay.
    • Prior reservation is required.
    • Credit card prepayment for the full duration of stay is required at the time of booking.
    • Cancellation and refund will not be allowed unless resort operations are suspended due to quarantine restrictions during intended stay dates.
    • Specific stay dates must be identified at time of booking.
    • Rebooking is allowed up to 3x until November 25, 2021, subject to room availability. Rebooking should be made at least 30 days prior to arrival.
    • Subject to black-out dates.
    • Additional nights on special promo rate can only be booked during the duration of the selling period. For extension night/s after the sale period, prevailing Flexible Rates shall apply.
    • Reservation is transferable but not valid for resale.
    • Room and villa categories have corresponding maximum no. of occupants. Extra person charge will be subject to these restrictions. Standard allowable occupancies per category is subject to change depending on the prevailing government regulations at time of check-in.
    • Rates are non-commissionable.
    • This offer cannot be availed in conjunction with other offers or promotions during the same period.
    • Booking Process:

    • Bookings shall be coursed through Shangri-La's Reservations Department, either through email or telephone.
    • Guests need to mention the promo code (<first six digits of the credit card> eg. 123456) to avail of the promotion via email/phone
    • A confirmation letter detailing the booking arrangements will be sent back to the guest together with a payment link to facilitate the charges.
    • Settlement is required within 2 days from receipt of the payment link, otherwise reservation will automatically be cancelled. A cancellation letter due to non-payment shall be sent to the guest. Reservation can be reinstated subject to availability and if made within the promo booking period.
  3. To avail of the Promo, the Cardholder must use his/her valid Card to pay for his/her single-receipt bill (inclusive of VAT, service charges, and prevailing local taxes) at SHANGRI-LA'S BORACAY RESORT AND SPA. Discount will only apply to total bill exclusive of VAT, service charges, and prevailing local taxes unless otherwise specified by the merchant.
  4. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, privileges or VIP cards. Discounts and privileges are not exchangeable for or convertible to cash, credit or other goods and services nor allowed as payment for the Card dues.
  5. Cardholders with mandatory and government-regulated discount have the option to choose which promo or discount to apply. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
  6. Any amendment in the terms and conditions governing the Promo is subject to prior DTI approval.
