1. LUXE PROGRAM WITH LIHIM RESORTS (“Promo”) is open to all PremierMiles, Prestige & Platinum Citibank Cardholders (“Cardholder”), whose credit cards (“Cards”) have been issued by Citibank, N.A., are active and in good credit standing, and who are not prohibited under applicable Gifts, Anti-Bribery and Corruption laws,regulations, and policies from participating in and/or qualifying for this Promo.

2. The Promo entitles the Cardholder to the following benefits:

3. Additional Charge Per Person (Maximum of 1 per villa): P5,500 (Inclusive of breakfast, Airport RTT, Access to Lihim Resorts Facilities: Sauna, Swimming Pool, Fitness Studio, Basketball and Tennis Courts, Non-Motorized Water and Sports and Equipment, In-Property Lounges). Free for 1 child below 6 years old.

4. Room and rates are subject to availability. Check-in time is 2 PM. Checkout time is 12 PM

5. To avail of the Promo, the Cardholder must use his/her valid Card to pay for his/her single-receipt bill (inclusive of VAT, service charges, and prevailing local taxes) at LIHIM RESORTS. The discount will only apply to total bill exclusive of VAT, service charges, and prevailing local taxes unless otherwise specified by the merchant.

6. Subject to availability at the time of reservation.

7. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, privileges or VIP cards. Discounts and privileges are not exchangeable for or convertible to cash, credit or other goods and services nor allowed as payment for the Card dues.

8. Cardholders with mandatory and government-regulated discount have the option to choose which promo or discount to apply. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.

9. Any amendment in the terms and conditions governing the Promo is subject to prior DTI approval.

10. By availing the Promo offer, the Cardholder is responsible for providing his/her personal information and other information that may be required, to LIHIM RESORTS, and agrees that such information shall be subject to the confidentiality, data privacy and security terms of LIHIM RESORTS.
