1. ESCAPADES PROGRAM WITH THE FARM AT SAN BENITO (“Promo”) is open to all Citibank Cardholders (“Cardholder”), whose credit cards (“Cards”) have been issued by Citibank, N.A., are active and in good credit standing, and who are not prohibited under applicable Gifts, Anti-Bribery and Corruption laws, regulations, and policies from participating in and/or qualifying for this Promo.

3. Other charges: Extra person charge is at Php2,500++. Extension of stay will based on the promo rates of Citi.

4. Child Policy: Children 12yo and below stay free of charge when sharing bed with parents. Meals will be charged accordingly.
5. To avail of the Promo, the Cardholder must use his/her valid Card to pay for his/her single-receipt bill (inclusive of VAT, service charges, and prevailing local taxes) at THE FARM AT SAN BENITO. The discount will only apply to total bill exclusive of VAT, service charges, and prevailing local taxes unless otherwise specified by the merchant.
6. Prior reservation is required.
7. Subject to room allocation.

8. Maximum occupants per villa/room are as follows:

9. Full payment is required 24 hours after booking was made and is non-refundable.
10. Notice of cancellation received within 14 days prior to arrival will incur full night room charge penalty plus taxes.
11. In case cardholder tests COVID-19 positive, booking can be rescheduled within the promo period only.
12. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, privileges or VIP cards. Discounts and privileges are not exchangeable for or convertible to cash, credit or other goods and services nor allowed as payment for the Card dues.
13. Cardholders with mandatory and government-regulated discount have the option to choose which promo or discount to apply. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
14. Any amendment in the terms and conditions governing the Promo is subject to prior DTI approval.
15. By availing the Promo offer, the Cardholder is responsible for providing his/her personal information and other information that may be required, to THE FARM AT SAN BENITO, and agrees that such information shall be subject to the confidentiality, data privacy and security terms of THE FARM AT SAN BENITO.
