DINING PROGRAM WITH SOFITEL TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. DINING PROGRAM WITH SOFITEL (“Promo”) is open to all Citibank Cardholders (“Cardholder”), whose credit cards (“Cards”) have been issued by Citibank, N.A., are active and in good credit standing, and who are not prohibited under applicable Gifts, Anti-Bribery and Corruption laws, regulations, and policies from participating in and/or qualifying for this Promo.
2. The Promo entitles the Cardholder to the following benefits:

   August 1, 2023 – October 14, 2023	Spiral	40% off on buffet lunch from Mondays - Saturdays	Dine in only. Valid for a min. of 2 diners and a max. of 10 diners.

   To avail of the Promo, the Cardholder must use his/her valid Card to pay for his/her single -receipt bill (inclusive of VAT, service charges, and prevailing local taxes) at Spiral Manila, Branch Address: Atang dela Rama st., CCP Complex, Roxas Boulevard, Pasay City

   Regular Rate:

   • Mondays to Thursdays Rate – Php3,300 nett per person
   • Fridays and Saturdays Rate – Php3,800 nett per person

   Discounted Rate + 10% service charge and taxes:

   • Mondays to Thursdays Rate – Php 2,087.47 nett per person
   • Fridays and Saturdays Rate – Php 2,403.75 nett per person

3. The discount will only apply to the total bill exclusive of VAT, service charges, and prevailing local taxes unless otherwise specified by the participating restaurant.

4. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, privileges or VIP cards. Discounts and privileges are not exchangeable for or convertible to cash, credit or other goods and services nor allowed as payment for the Card dues.
5. Cardholders with mandatory and government-regulated discount have the option to choose which promo or discount to apply. In the purchase of goods and services subject to a promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
6. Any amendment in the terms and conditions governing the Promo is subject to prior DTI approval.
7. By availing the Promo offer, the Cardholder is responsible for providing his/her personal information and other information that may be required, to the Sofitel Philippine Plaza Manila, and agrees that such information shall be subject to the confidentiality, data privacy and security terms of Sofitel Philippine Plaza Manila.
8. The offer is non-transferable and non-convertible to or cash gift certificate nor applicable for installment transactions or cannot be exchanged for any other items.
9. Prior Reservation is required. This promotion is not applicable to walk in transactions.
10. Promotion cannot be in conjunction with other on-going in-house promotions and government mandated promotion such as PWD and Senior Citizen Discounts.
11. Cardholders must be present and part of the dining party to be able to avail the discount. Proof of card ownership might be requested for verification.
12. This is applicable for lunch dine - in transactions only
13. Private functions, parties and banquet sales are excluded from this promo. Private Dining Room Consumable rate is not part of the promo.
14. Service charge shall be excluded from this promo. Therefore, the transaction amount, which is the basis of the discount, shall not include service charge and local taxes
15. Splitting of single transaction for the purpose of availing multiple discounts is prohibited.
16. The promotion is non-transferrable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, promotions, discounted items and fixed price items, unless otherwise stated.
17. Discount only applies to full-priced buffet rates. The promotion cannot be applied to Kid’s Rate and other promoted rates.
18. All other fees pertaining to the transaction (e.g. service charge, taxes) will be shouldered by the cardholder
19. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can either avail of the Promo discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
20. Offer cannot be used on black-out dates such as public holidays and seasonal events.

22. Promo can be availed in a single-receipt purchase transaction only.
