1. Eligibility
   1. The promo ("Promo") is open to all principal and supplementary Citi Cardholders ("Cardholder") whose credit cards have been by Citibank, N.A. (Visa only), or its successor and assign, UnionBank of the Philippines (hereafter, all references to Citibank, N.A. Philippine Branch is understood to be references to UnionBank of the Philippines), have available credit limit; who received an SMS and/or email from Citibank regarding the particular promo requirement; and who are not prohibited under applicable Gifts, Anti-Bribery and Corruption laws, regulations, and policies from participating in and/or qualifying for this Promo ("Cardholder").
   2. Incumbent government officials or employees, whether elected or appointed, corporate account and US persons (i.e., a citizen or lawful resident, green card holder of the United States of America) are not eligible to participate in this Promo.
2. The Promo will run on September 15, October 15, November 15 and December 15.
   All transactions must be made within the Promo Period to avail of the Promo.
3. The Promo entitles the Cardholders the below:
   1. 20% off for a minimum spend of US$100, capped at US$30 using Citi VISA credit card
   2. Free Shipping on eligible items over US$49
4. To avail of the Promo
   1. Cardholder must visit Amazon.com on the indicated promo dates
   2. Use his/her valid Citi credit card to pay for his/her single-receipt bill
   3. Enter the promo code (VISA15) upon checkout
5. Promo code can be availed by using the promo code VISA15
6. The promo code is valid for one-time use per Amazon account per promo period.
7. The Promo offer is valid only for delivery in serviceable areas
8. Discount is valid on eligible items.
9. No extension will be given for an expired discount code.
10. This Promo offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promo and discount that requires a voucher code.
11. All purchases are subject to terms and conditions of Amazon.com and the Citi Card Agreement.
12. The Promo offer is not exchangeable for cash, credit or other goods and services.

Fraud, abuse or any unauthorized action relating to the credit card transaction or the participation in the Promo may result in the disqualification of the Customer from the Promo, or suspension or cancellation of the Card privileges at Citibank’s discretion. This shall be without prejudice to any legal action that may be taken by Citibank.
17. Cardholder agrees that the continued use of the Citi Card shall be his/her acceptance and agreement to be bound by the provisions of the Bank’s Data Privacy Statement (DPS) found at https://www.unionbankph.com/privacy-security
