Citibank, N.A., Philippine Branch, has transferred ownership of its consumer banking business to Union Bank of the Philippines with effect from August 1, 2022. The trademarks “Citi”, “Citibank”, “Citigroup”, the Arc design and all similar trademarks and derivations thereof are used temporarily under license by Union Bank of the Philippines from Citigroup Inc. and related group entities.

PROMO MECHANICS/TERMS AND CONDITIONS – Citi’s Love to Click Sale with foodpanda

1. Eligibility
   1. The promo (“Promo”) is open to pre-selected principal and supplementary Citi Cardholders (“Cardholder”) whose credit cards have been issued by Citibank, N.A., or its successor and assign, UnionBank of the Philippines (hereafter, all references to Citibank, N.A. Philippine Branch is understood to be references to UnionBank of the Philippines), have available credit limit; who received an SMS and/or email from Citibank regarding the particular promo requirement; and who are not prohibited under applicable Gifts, Anti-Bribery and Corruption laws, regulations, and policies from participating in and/or qualifying for this Promo (“Cardholder”).
   2. Incumbent government officials or employees, whether elected or appointed, corporate account and US persons (i.e., a citizen or lawful resident, green card holder of the United States of America) are not eligible to participate in this Promo.
2. The Promo will run from May 15 to June 30, 2023. ("Promo Period"). All transactions must be made within the Promo Period to avail of the Promo.
3. The Promo entitles the Cardholders the below offers:
   1. Pre-selected existing foodpanda users with no transaction history using a Citibank credit card: P120 off for a min. spend of P500. Valid for 1-time use only.
   2. Pre-selected existing foodpanda users with a Citibank credit card added as a payment method in the foodpanda app: 10% off valid for a max. discount of P200 with up to (1) one-time use during the promo period from Fridays to Sundays only.
   3. Pre-selected new foodpanda users with a Citibank credit card added as a payment method in the foodpanda app: 30% off for a min. spend of P300. Valid for a maximum discount of P120. Valid for 1-time use only.
4. Minimum spend is based on gross food order value which is defined as the user’s total food order value before any discount and shipping is applied.
5. To avail of the Promo
   1. Pre-selected existing foodpanda users with no transaction history using a Citibank credit card:
      1. Sign up or Log in the foodpanda application
      2. Input the delivery location
      3. Choose from the available restaurants/shops under Delivery and Pick-up in the area
      4. Place order worth at least Php 500
      5. Tap “Apply a voucher” and tap the applicable Voucher
      6. Pay using a qualified card. Discount is applied to the total purchase upon checkout
   2. Pre-selected existing foodpanda users with a Citibank credit card added as a payment method in the foodpanda app:
      1. Sign up or Log in the foodpanda application
      2. Input the delivery location
      3. Choose from the available restaurants/shops under Delivery and Pick-up in the area
      4. Place order worth at least Php 500.
      5. Tap “Switch” to automatically apply the Voucher Code
      6. Pay using a qualified card.
   3. Pre-selected new foodpanda users with a Citibank credit card added as a payment method in the foodpanda app:
      1. Sign up or Log in the foodpanda application
      2. Input the delivery location
      3. Choose from the available restaurants/shops under Delivery and Pick-up in the area
      4. Place order worth at least Php 300.
      5. Tap “Apply a Voucher” then input the Voucher Code: NEW30OFF
      6. Pay using a qualified card.
6. Promo code can be availed by using the below promo codes/options
   1. Pre-selected existing foodpanda users with no transaction history using a Citibank credit card: Unique Voucher to be seeded into the user’s voucher pocket
   2. Pre-selected existing foodpanda users with a Citibank credit card added as a payment method in the foodpanda app: Randomly Generated Voucher Code
   3. Pre-selected new foodpanda users with a Citibank credit card added as a payment method in the foodpanda app: NEW30OFF
7. The Promo offer is valid only for available restaurants/shops under delivery and pick-up in the serviceable areas of foodpanda.
8. Discount is valid on restaurants/shops in the foodpanda app.
9. No extension will be given for an expired discount code.
10. This Promo offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promo and discount that requires a voucher code.
11. All purchases are subject to terms and conditions of foodpanda and the Citi Card Agreement.
12. The Promo offer is not exchangeable for cash, credit or other goods and services.

15. In case of dispute with respect to the Cardholder’s eligibility, coverage of dates, and fulfilment, Citibank’s decision shall prevail. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the Promo shall be resolved by Citibank with the concurrence of DTI.
16. Fraud, abuse or any unauthorized action relating to the credit card transaction or the participation in the Promo may result in the disqualification of the Customer from the Promo, or suspension or cancellation of the Card privileges at Citibank’s discretion. This shall be without prejudice to any legal action that may be taken by Citibank.
