AIRPORT LOUNGE ACCESS PROGRAM

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

FOR CITIGOLD WORLD DEBIT MASTERCARD CARDHOLDERS

1. Definitions

   The Citi Airport Lounge Access Program refers to the program, whereby Qualified Cardholders will be given complimentary DragonPass membership with access to select airport lounges through DragonPass Global Limited (referred to as the "Program").

   Qualified Cardholders or Cardholders refer to cardholders who meet the following criteria:

   • Citigold clients with Citigold World Debit Mastercard (with bin 559919) that have been locally issued by Citibank, N.A. Philippine Branch ("Citibank");
   • That are active and meeting the required minimum total relationship balance for Citigold at the time of registration;
   • And who are not prohibited under applicable Gifts, Anti-Bribery and Corruption laws, regulations, and policies from qualifying for this privilege

2. The Program will be available until December 31, 2020.

3. Each Cardholder is eligible for one DragonPass Account.

4. Cardholders must download the DragonPass mobile app in order to avail of the benefit.

5. To apply for DragonPass membership, the Qualified Cardholder must register via the exclusive Citi Philippines DragonPass link: https://citiph.dragonpassuk.com and provide the following information:

   • Name (same as in passport)
   • Type of Card: Drop Down - Citigold World Debit Mastercard
   • Card Number
   • Expiry
   • Email address registered with Citi
   • Mobile number registered with Citi
   • CVV
   • DOB

6. Upon successful registration, the Qualified Cardholder will receive an email from DragonPass Global Limited registration@dragonpassuk.com which will contain the activated DragonPass ID and Pin which he/she will use to access the digital membership card and account. The Cardholder must then download the DragonPass mobile app and use these details to log-in to the DragonPass membership account.

7. The DragonPass membership is only valid as long as the Cardholder's Citigold World Debit Mastercard account remains active and meeting the required minimum total relationship balance for Citigold.

8. The DragonPass membership will be renewed every 12 months from the date of DragonPass account creation as long as the Cardholder's Debit Mastercard account remains active and meeting the required minimum total relationship balance for Citigold at the time of renewal.

9. The DragonPass membership is non-transferable. The DragonPass membership may only be used by the Cardholder whose name appears on the DragonPass digital membership card which can be viewed on the mobile app. Only one DragonPass account may be used by the Cardholder for each lounge visit.

10. The Program grants Qualified Cardholders the following:

    • Five (5) complimentary visits per DragonPass membership year to select lounges within the DragonPass network (refer to the list of the lounges for complimentary use in item #11).
    • Access to all lounges in the DragonPass Network on a pay per visit basis with a 20% discount on published rates (Refer to Annex 1 for the full list of lounges).
    • Any excess visit or additional service availment not covered by the Program must be paid for through the DragonPass mobile app and charged to the Citi Debit Mastercard.

11. The five (5) complimentary visits:

    • May be availed of by Qualified Cardholders with international flights

    • May only be used at select lounges in the following airports (Refer to Annex 1 for the full list of lounges)

    • Will only be valid for 12 months from the date the DragonPass account is created or renewed, whichever is applicable.
    • Are not cumulative and will be forfeited if unused at the end of the said 12-month period.
    • Will be replenished at the start of the following DragonPass membership year.
    • May be used by the Cardholder or up to four (4) guests accompanied by the DragonPass member.

12. Only children two (2) years old and below (with or without seats) are allowed to enter the airport lounge free of charge and will not be counted as guests of the Cardholder.

13. To avail of the airport lounge access, the Cardholder and, if applicable, the permitted guest, must present the following:

    • DragonPass Digital Membership Card
    • Citigold Debit Mastercard of the Qualified Cardholder;
    • Boarding pass for the international flight; and
    • Passport;

14. The benefit is not valid in conjunction with other discounts, privileges, vouchers or any promotional benefits.

15. The Program privilege is not convertible to cash, credit or other goods and services.

16. In case of dispute with respect to the Cardholder’s eligibility, Citibank’s decision shall prevail. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the lounge access shall be resolved by Citibank.

17. Citibank may at any time and without prior notice, modify, delete or amend the terms and conditions of the Program, the manner of availment and the Qualified Cardholders shall be bound by such variations and amendments. Such modifications and amendments shall be effective on such date or dates as determined solely by Citibank.

18. Fraud, abuse or any unauthorized action relating to the availment of the Program may result in the disqualification of the Cardholder from the Program, suspension or cancellation of his/her Card privileges, or the charging of the full cost of the airport lounge access (USD 22) to the Cardholder's Card account at Citibank’s discretion. This shall be without prejudice to any legal action that may be taken by Citibank.
