ACCOUNT MIGRATION TO UNIONBANK SYSTEMS

In line with the migration of Citibank Philippines-branded accounts to UnionBank systems, you will no longer be able to log in to Citibank Online and the Citi Mobile App starting 7:00 pm of March 22, 2024.

To access your deposit, credit card, and/or loan accounts on the UnionBank banking platform:

  • Download the UnionBank Online app from the Apple App Store,  Google Play Store, or Huawei AppGallery
  • Create your profile by registering your details from March 25, 2024 onwards. To learn more, visit www.unionbankph.com/welcometoub/howto

Please use your new UnionBank Debit Card and UnionBank checkbook starting on March 25, 2024.

If you have Citi-branded credit cards, you can continue to use these until a replacement card is sent to you by UnionBank.
