Application Requirements

To be eligible to apply for a CitiFinancial loan, you must be:

• 21 to 65 years old
• Philippine residents residing within Metro Manila, Laguna, Cavite, Pampanga, Metro Cebu and Metro Davao and all locations where CFC branches are present
• Employed with a gross annual income of P300,000.

Attach the following requirements to your application form:

	Salaried Credit Cardholder Salaried Self-Employed / Professionals Credit Cardholder Self-Employed / Professionals Last 2 months credit card statements Latest 1 month payslip Last 2 months credit card statements Latest audited financial statements Photocopy of the front side of credit card Latest ITR (1700 or 1701) w/ BIR or bank stamp Latest ITR (1700 or 1701) w/ BIR or bank stamp Latest ITR (1700 or 1701) w/ BIR or bank stamp     Photocopy of the front side of credit card 2 months bank statements (within the last 4 months)
