Account Summary and Details
View the summary balances of your credit card, checking, savings, time deposit and loan accounts in one glance.
You can also view transaction details up to the past 90 days.
Bills Payment
You can make bills payments to your registered Citibank Online payees from your bank and/or credit card accounts.
All utility bills added as payees in Citibank Online will automatically appear when you sign on to Citi Mobile® Banking.
To add a payee, sign on to Citibank Online at www.citibank.com.ph
on your personal computer,
click on "Payments and Transfers" and then "Add a Payee".
Funds Transfer
You can transfer funds between your own bank accounts or to registered Citibank Online payees. The payees you have set up on Citibank Online will automatically appear when you sign on to Citi Mobile® Banking.
To transfer funds, click on "Payments and Transfers" and select the type of transfer you’d like to make: Between my Accounts, Transfer to Another Citi Account in the Philippines, Transfer to Another Citi Account Abroad, or Transfer to Another Bank in the Phils.
To add a payee, sign on to Citibank Online at www.citibank.com.ph on your personal computer, click on
"Payments and Transfers" and then "Add a Payee".
Rewards
Check your available Citibank credit card/s’ Rewards Points.
Monitor PayLite Transactions
View details of your existing PayLite transaction charged to your Citibank credit card/s, such as your total transaction amount, outstanding balance, next installment amount and remaining months to pay.

- Setup a private password or PIN to prevent any unauthorized access to your mobile phone when it is not in use.
- Think carefully before removing any security controls from your handset. This is also known as jail-breaking or rooting. Removing these security controls can decrease the overall security of your mobile phone.
- Update the operating system on your mobile device when available.
- Don't store account passwords on your mobile phones.
- As much as possible, never let others borrow your mobile phone. Your phone may contain information that can be used to gain access to your account.
- Always check that the Citibank website address on your mobile browser address bar is "https://mobile.citibank.com.ph/phmp/index.jsp" before you login to ensure that you are accessing the correct site.
- Do not just close your browser window when you’re done doing your transactions. Make sure to log out from the site to properly end your session.

Check your mobile internet connection
You can access Citibank Online via your mobile browser through all telco networks (Globe, Smart and Sun) and through all mobile
internet connection speeds (WAP, GPRS, 3G or HSDPA).
If your phone’s internet connection is
enabled you will be able to access a website when you
open your mobile browser. An error message will
appear if your mobile internet connection is disabled.
If your mobile internet connection is disabled your telco
provider should be able to help you enable your mobile
internet connection depending on your handset.

This service
is compatible with all telco networks and is compatible with most mobile
phones in the market today.

Can I bank using my mobile phone browser using any mobile phone?
As long as your mobile phone has a browser that allows secure connection and Internet access, you can enjoy this service.
However, screen display may not be optimized for mobile phone models that are not part of the certified list.

Why is the connection sometimes very slow?
The speed will depend on the mobile internet connection of your mobile phone. It varies depending on different factors such as location, network coverage, service provider, connection type and handset model. However, the service and the design has been streamlined to help reduce the loading time to ensure a smooth experience.

Is the service secure?
We have deployed various security measures to safeguard your information. It is as safe as our online banking services:
1. The website is protected with strong encryption (128-bit Secure Sockets Layer) for access and transactions.
2. Access is protected by personalized Username & Password.
3. The online session will be automatically terminated after idling for 5 minutes, which prevents unauthorized use of your
session by anyone else.

Can I use this service when I’m abroad?
Yes, you can access Citibank Online on your mobile phone browser anywhere you have a mobile internet connection via your mobile phone.
Getting Access to the service

I don’t have a Citibank Online Username and Password for online banking. What should I do?
You need to setup your Citibank Online account using a computer or laptop to do banking via your mobile phone browser. You can setup your Citibank Online account by accessing www.citibank.com.ph and clicking on the First Time User link.

How can I access the service?
Visit www.citibank.com.ph with the web browser in your mobile phone and sign on with your Citibank Online username and password.

What Username and Password should I use to access my account via mobile?
To logon to your account, just use your existing Citibank Online user name and password. You do not need to create a separate user name and password to access the service.

If I go to www.citibank.com.ph through my cellphone, can I create my Citi Mobile® Username and Password?
No, your mobile phone browser will automatically go to the Citi Mobile sign on page which does not have the facility for Username
and Password creation. Please access www.citibank.com.ph on your personal computer to be able to go to the full Citibank Online
site where you can create your Username and Password.

I forgot my Username. What shall I do?
Please visit www.citibank.com.ph on your personal computer or laptop and click on Forgot User ID. If you’re a bank customer be ready with your ATM Card and Cash Advance or ATM Pin. If you’re a credit card customer be ready with your Credit Card Number, Cash Advance or ATM Pin OR your Personal Information.

I forgot my Password. What shall I do?
Please visit www.citibank.com.ph on your personal computer or laptop and click on Forgot Password. If you’re a bank customer be ready with your ATM Card and Cash Advance or ATM Pin. You will need your Citicard and ATM PIN or your Credit Card Number and CA PIN. For your security, a 6-digit One-time PIN will be sent via SMS to your registered mobile number to authorize your password reset request.

Can I change my Username and password using my mobile phone?
This facility is only available through Citibank Online. You may change your Username and Password after you sign on to
Citibank Online through your personal computer.
