If you have already provided us with your cellphone number, then you can begin availing of this service. If not, please call our 24-Hour CitiPhone at 995 9999 (Metro Manila), 234 9999 (Cebu) or 1 800 10 995 9999 (toll-free through PLDT from other provinces) so we can register your cellphone number.
Each text inquiry costs only P2.50 (for Globe/Smart subscribers) and P2 (for Sun subscribers).
