  2. What services are available on Citi Mobile Banking?

    You can perform the following top transactions through Citibank Online:
    You can view your account summaries and transactions up to the past 90 days.
    You can transfer funds between your accounts.
    You can also pay bills and effect funds to payees you have previously registered through Citibank Online.

  3. Do I need to pay additional charges for using Citi Mobile Banking?

    Citi Mobile Banking is free of charge. However, you may incur charges with your mobile internet connection depending on the service plan of your telco provider. The telco fees for mobile internet connection are:

      Globe and Sun P5.00 for every 15 minutes
      Smart P10.00 for every 30 minutes

  4. Do I need to use any particular telco provider?

    Citi Mobile Banking is available to all telco providers.

    Please visit www.citibank.com.ph on your personal computer and click on “Create your Username and Password “. If you’re a bank customer, be ready with your ATM card number, ATM PIN and account number. If you’re a credit card customer, be ready with your Citi card number and Cash Advance PIN.

  2. How can I access Citibank Mobile Banking?

    Visit http://www.citibank.com.ph with the web browser in your cellphone and sign on with your Citibank Online username and password.

  3. How can I create my Citi Mobile Username and Password?

    You do not need to create a separate Citi Mobile Username and Password. Just use your existing Citibank Online username and password.

  4. If I go to www.citibank.com.ph through my cellphone, can I create my Citi Mobile Username and Password?

    No, the cellphone browser will automatically go to the Citi Mobile sign on page which does not have the facility for Username and Password creation. Please access www.citibank.com.ph on your personal computer to be able to go to the full Citibank Online site where you can create your Username and Password.

  5. I forgot my Username. What shall I do?

    Please visit www.citibank.com.ph on your personal computer, click on “Sign On to Internet Banking” and then "Forgot Username". Be ready with your ATM card number/ATM PIN or Citi card number/Cash Advance PIN.

  6. I forgot my Password. What shall I do?

    Please visit www.citibank.com.ph on your personal computer, click on “Sign On to Internet Banking” and then "Forgot Password". Be ready with your Username, Account Number and ATM card number/ATM PIN or Citi card number/Cash Advance PIN.

  7. Can I change my Username and Password through Citi Mobile Banking?

    This facility is only available through Citibank Online. You may change your Username and Password after you sign on to Citibank Online through your personal computer.
