Please call our 24-hour CitiPhone Banking at 995-9999 to speak to a Citiphone Officer. You also have the option to request the Citiphone Officer to refer you to a supervisor.
You may also e-mail your concerns to us through our online feedback form, or send a message through Citibank Online. Our Online Customer Service officers will receive and act on your concerns.

If your complaint requires further investigation, your case will be referred to our Customer Service Unit. A Case Officer will act on your behalf and will work with you to fully investigate your complaint. You will be given feedback on the results of the investigation within three (3) banking days.
