This function allows Citibank credit card holders to inquire online on their up-to-date balances and other statement information. |

| All principal cardholders may access the Credit Card Quick Inquiry function. However, you will be able to successfully access this function only if your accounts are active. |

What do I do if I encounter login problems? |

The system will prompt a message displayed on your computer screen indicating the reason for the unsuccessful login. The common reasons may be: incorrect information entered, incorrect format used, account blocked or supplementary cardholder attempting to access the system.
