| A sender can access Citibank Global Transfers in two ways: |

- Log on to Citibank Online. Click on the "Transfers & Payments" icon on the top and then click on "Citibank Global Transfers".
- Access a Citibank account using any Citibank ATM. Click on the "Transfers & Payments" icon and then click on “Make an International Transfer.

How will I know if the funds have been transferred? |
|
|
Funds transferred via CGT will be debited from the sender's account and credited to the recipient's account immediately. Once the transfer has been processed, the system will display a confirmation to the sender. The confirmation will include the new balance for the originating account, the transfer and fee amount, the destination account and country, and the reference number for the transfer.

The recipient will see the CGT transaction in his transaction listing as “CGT TRANSFER CREDIT”.

What is the fee applicable for this service? |
|
|
There is no charge for CGT transactions coming into your account. The cost of an outgoing CGT is charged to the sender’s account and varies per originating country. The sending customer should inquire at his Citibank branch abroad.
