Cross Franchise Management Associate Program The Citi Philippines Management Associate Program is an exclusive development program designed for high potential individuals with identified leadership and management potential. The objective of this program is to create a league of highly skilled multi-dimensional managerial talent. Program participants will be able to fast-track their professional development by fully leveraging the learning opportunities provided throughout their 15-month rotation. Participants can expect an initial induction into Citibank’s culture and values followed by a comprehensive review of our businesses, products and services. Participants will also be guided by a dedicated mentor with further support provided by colleagues and members of the senior management team. The Citi Philippines Management Associate Program will also provide participants with an opportunity to leverage Citibank’s global and local network to forge meaningful professional relationships.
