Always keep your ATM transaction slips. Don't leave it lying around. Cover your hand as you enter your ATM PIN. Don't allow anyone to see the ATM screen during your transaction. Don't give your ATM card to just anyone. In case you need to surrender your card, please cut the card in half along the magnetic strip. Memorize your PIN and don't share it with anyone. Citibank will never ask for your PIN.
