FREEBIES at Automatic Centre Citi PayLite Promotion Terms and Conditions

  1. The FREEBIES at Automatic Centre Citi PayLite Promotion ("Promo") will run from August 1, 2017 to January 31, 2018. The Promo is open to all Principal and Supplementary Cardholders whose cards have been locally issued by Citibank, N.A. Philippine Branch (also referred to as "Cardholder"), who are active and in good credit standing with available credit lines.
  2. A Cardholder who uses his/her Citi Card for a single-receipt Citi PayLite Installment Plan transaction worth at least Php 25,000 or P50,000 at the following accredited PayLite merchant within the promo period will be entitled to the corresponding Freebie below, which he/she must redeem after making the qualifying transaction.

  3. Qualified Cardholders can redeem the Freebie until March 31, 2018. Redemptions after March 31, 2018 will no longer be allowed.
  4. To redeem the Freebie, the Cardholder must present his/her Citi Card and the valid original bank charge slip (Customer's copy) for the qualifying Citi PayLite transaction at the Merchant where he/she made the qualifying transaction. (Please refer to the list of participating outlets below).

  5. Upon redemption, the Merchant outlet's cashier/personnel will validate the Citi Card against the charge slip presented. The credit card details in the charge slip should match with the Citi Card presented.
  6. The charge slip must be in good condition, with legible transaction date, transaction amount, approval code and card number, in order for the Merchant's personnel to verify the Cardholder's eligibility for the Promo.
  7. Citibank and the Merchant will not be responsible for the replacement and/or acknowledgement of charge slips that are stolen or lost, or those that are illegible or faded.
  8. Only Citi PayLite Installment Plan transactions with charge slips will be valid for redemption. Straight retail transactions, foreign currency transactions, auto-charge transactions (e.g. auto-debit facilities for utilities, telecommunications, insurance premiums, etc.), payments through Citibank Online, payments through Citimobile, internet-based purchases, Call for Cash transactions, Balance Conversion transactions, PayLite after Purchase transactions, Balance Transfer transactions, and Cash Advance transactions are excluded from the Promo. Citibank the Merchant will not honor redemptions using official receipts, photocopies of the charge slip or the Citi Statement of Account.
  9. The Cardholder can only one (1) Freebie per qualified charge slip. The Cardholder should redeem the Freebie first at Merchant Outlets before participating in other promotions that require the original customer copy of the charge slip to be surrendered.
  10. The Cardholder may designate an authorized representative to claim the Freebie on his/her behalf, subject to providing the authorized representative with an authorization letter to claim the Freebie. The authorized representative must be able to present his/her I.D. and the Cardholder's Citi Card and surrender the valid original bank charge slip (Customer's copy) together with an authorization letter at any participating Merchant outlet.
  11. Redemptions will not be honored if the Cardholder or his/her authorized representative is unable to provide the Citi Card or if the relevant credit card details as these appear on the charge slip do not match with the Citi Card presented.
  12. Splitting of a single transaction into several approvals is strictly not allowed. Any transaction that is determined to be a result of splitting will NOT qualify for the Freebie.
  13. The Freebie is not convertible to cash or credit. These may also not be exchanged with another product/s.
  14. The Cardholder agrees that should his/her redemption be found to be fraudulent or to result from splitting of transactions, Citibank will have the right to charge the cost of the Freebie to his/her Citi Card.
  15. Any dispute concerning the Freebie of the Merchant will be settled directly between the Cardholder and the participating Merchant outlet.
  16. In case of dispute in respect to the Cardholder's eligibility, coverage of dates, fulfillment, etc., Citibank's decision will prevail. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder's eligibility for the Promo or for any redemption shall be resolved by Citibank at its sole discretion.
  17. Fraud, abuse, or any unauthorized action relating to the credit card transaction, the participation in the Promotion, or the redemption of the Freebie may result in forfeiture of the Freebie, and/or the termination of the Citi Card and its privileges, at Citibank's discretion. This forfeiture shall be without prejudice to any legal action that may be taken by Citibank.
  18. Cardholders who participate in this Promo authorize Citibank to give the necessary personal and other information of the Cardholders to the Merchant or Citibank's contractor or agent to perform or fulfill the redemption process of the Freebie.
  19. Citibank and the Merchant will not be obliged to recognize or replace any lost or stolen Freebie.
  20. All Citi PayLite Installment purchases are subject to the Citi Card Agreement and all related provisions of the Citi Installment Facilities.
  21. This Promotion will not apply in conjunction with any other existing appliance promotion, neither in Sale-As-Is and Bundled items of the Merchant. Applicable only on major appliances based on SRP.
