Citibank eStatement is the online version of your paper statements. You receive your bank and card statements in a password-protected file through your email. It eliminates waiting for your printed statements as well as storing and filing of these statements. You can also view your statements for the past 12 months through Citibank Online.
If you enrolled in Citibank Online, your enrollment will take effect within 2 banking days. This means that if you enrolled on June 5 and your statement cycle is June 9, you will start receiving your electronic statements beginning June. If you enrolled through other channels, your enrollment will take effect within 5 banking days. This means that if you enrolled on June 5 and your statement cycle is June 9, you will start receiving your electronic statements beginning July.
Once you’re enrolled, all your other bank and card accounts will be enrolled in electronic statements. When you open a new account with Citibank, there is no need to enroll again as this will be enrolled automatically.
It is advisable to add Citi eStatement (firstname.lastname@example.org) in your contacts to make sure that the email is not blocked by your email provider.
