Terms and Conditions
DEFINITIONS:
In these Terms and Conditions: "Account" means the Citibank VISA or MasterCard credit card facility. "Cardholder" or "you" means the Principal cardholder, the person in whose name the Account is maintained. "Supplementary cardholder" means the person to whom an additional card is issued in respect of the Account. "Card" means the VISA or MasterCard issued by Citibank for use of the account. "Citibank" means Citibank N.A. Manila "Concierge Service Provider" means International SOS (Phils.), Inc. "Service" means the Citibank Premium Concierge service
  • The Citibank Premium Concierge service is available to primary and supplementary cardholders of Citi Platinum VISA, Citi PremierMiles Platinum VISA, and CitiPremierMiles Gold Visa (for travel-related inquiries only) . Citibank Silver VISA and MasterCard Cards, Citi Gold VISA and MasterCard Cards, Cashback card, Mercury Drug (Silver and Gold) cards, Citi Rustan’s Gold and Platinum Cards, and Shell (Silver and Gold) Mastercard cards are not eligible for the service.
  • The Citibank Premium Concierge service is available 24 hours, 7 days a week. Citibank reserves the right to change the features of this service or cancel the service at any time.
  • All calls made to the Citibank Premium Concierge service hotline will be recorded and will be the property of Citibank.
  • The Service will be rendered through the Concierge Service Provider, International SOS (Phils.) Inc, on Citibank’s behalf. The Cardholder consents to Citibank supplying the Service Provider with such information as is required for them to perform their duties.
  • The Service Provider will use its best endeavor to provide the Service. However, the Service Provider will not be required to provide such Service to Cardholders located in areas which represent war risks, political or other conditions such as to make such Services impossible or reasonably impracticable.
  • Only services listed in the website, inserts, and other Citibank materials will be made available through the Citibank Premium Concierge service. Salon services treatment Reservation, Personal Event Planning, Personal Trainer referral, Massage referral, Tailor/Seamstress referral, Tax and Estate Planning Services, Asset and Estate Valuer Services, Handyman services, Emergency contact numbers services, and Government Number Assistance will be available for domestic assistance only (Within the Philippines). Business Services will be available for international assistance only. Citibank reserves the right to change or withdraw services from the list of services available to Cardholders without prior notice.
  • The Citibank Premium Concierge Service is free of charge to the Cardholder except for services that involve purchase or downpayment from the Cardholder. For services where a Cardholder would like to charge the transaction, only payments using a Citibank credit card will be accepted.
  • Delivery of items purchased through the Service will be made only to the Primary Cardholder’s Home or Business address listed in Citibank records. To update the Home or Business address, the Primary cardholder must call 24-Hour Citiphone at 995-9999 or (032) 234-9999 in Cebu.
  • The Cardholder will be responsible for whatever tax implications may arise out of the items purchased or service requested.
  • In response to inquiries, Cardholders will be provided with the latest updated information on third party service providers and their services. Third party service providers are those sourced by International SOS (Phils) Inc. to provide service to Cardholders such as licensed professional, carriers, couriers, messenger services, and others. The information given to the Cardholders are accurate at the time when it was relayed to the Cardholder to the best of the Service Provider’s knowledge.
  • Citibank and The Service Provider assumes no responsibility for any advise given by any third party merchant and does not warrant the quality of the experience that the Cardholder will have with the third party merchant. Any dispute concerning goods or services received from merchants through the service provided by Service Provider, such as but not limited to inferior quality, damage, or loss, will be settled between the Cardholder and the merchant and/or supplier that supplied the goods or services. The Service Provider and Citibank will bear no responsibility for resolving such disputes or the dispute itself.
  • In cases of complaint, Service Provider will answer customer complaints regarding information given by their personnel or by third party service providers or merchants endorsed by Service Provider within 24 hours.
  • Citibank is not responsible for delivery items that were lost, damaged, or of inferior quality.
  • Citibank reserves the right to suspend or exclude the Cardholder from availing of the Concierge service if:
    • In its opinion the Cardholder or a Supplementary cardholder has in any way breached the Concierge Service Terms and Conditions or the Terms and Conditions of their Citibank Visa or MasterCard Account.
    • In its opinion the Cardholder conducts his / her account in a manner inconsistent with the object and intent of Citibank Premium Concierge service.
    • If in its opinion, fraudulent means or devices are used by the Cardholder and/or anyone acting on their behalf.
