Citi "Your Reward, Your Choice" Promo Terms and Conditions:
1.
The Citibank "Your Reward, Your Choice" Promo ("The Promo") will until to October 31, 2010.
2.
The promo is only available to all Principal and Supplementary cardholders whose cards have been locally issued by Citibank, N.A. Philippines (referred to as "Cardholder"), are active and in good credit standing.
3.
The Cardholder must use his/her Citi Card for the qualifying purchase or transaction in local currency as follows:

*Paylite is available for a minimum amount of Php 3,000.00
Get Php 100.00 off on your Mercury Drug store purchase or Get Php100 off on your Rustan's Department Store, Rustan's Fresh/Supermarket or Shopwise purchase, or Get Php100 off on your Store Specialists, Inc. or Get Php100 off on your Shell fuel purchases at participating stations or Get Free Movie Pass worth Php100 or Get a Free Krispy Kreme Box of 6 Original Glazed Doughnuts

Cardholders can redeem the Premium Item within sixty calendar days from end of promo period
5.
To redeem the Premium Item, the Cardholder must present his/her Citi Card and surrender the valid original credit card charge slip (Customer's copy) at any Mercury Drug, Rustan's Department Store, Store Specialists, Inc., Rustan's Fresh/Supermarket, Shopwise, participating Shell stations or participating cinemas or Kripsy Kreme outlets ("Participating Merchants") nationwide.

Upon redemption, the Citi Card will be validated against the credit card charge slip/s. The credit card details in the charge slip/s must match with the Citi Card presented.

Only Straight Retail or PayLite transactions in local currency with credit card charge slips will be valid for redemption. All foreign currency purchases and/or transactions, purchases and/or transactions through manual approval without a credit card charge slip (such as but not limited to mail order or telephone order, etc.), Citi One Bill payments and/or auto-charged transactions (such as but not limited to auto-debit facilities for utilities, cable, internet, telecommunications, insurance premiums, etc.), payments through Citibank Online and/or Citi Globe Shopper, internet-based purchases, and cash advance transactions are excluded from the Program. Citibank and Participating Merchants will not honor redemptions using official receipts or the Citi Statement of Account.

Redemptions will not be honored if the Cardholder is unable to provide the Citi Card or if the relevant credit card details as these appear on the charge slip do not match with the Citi Card.
9.
Splitting of one (1) transaction into several approvals will not be allowed.
10.
Redemption is limited up to 2 charge slip/s per transaction, per day at the same branch by the same customer.
11.
The Charge slip is not convertible to cash or credit. The Charge slip/s may not be used to purchase Gift Certificates from Participating Merchants.
12.
The Cardholder shall pay the difference between the cost of the Charge slip and the cost of the actual purchase in participating merchants using the Citibank Card.
13.
Cardholder may opt to combine up to 2 valid charge slips to redeem 2 charge slips worth Php 100.00 each at the Participating Merchants' stores. No change shall be given to the Cardholder should the cost of the actual purchase fall below Php 100.00 for each valid charge slip.
14.
Upon redeeming a charge slip at any of the Participating Merchants, charge slip will be surrendered to the Participating Merchant and may no longer be used by the Cardholder to avail of any of Citibank's other programs or promotional offers.
15.
The Cardholder agrees that should his/her redemption be found to be fraudulent, Citibank reserves the right to charge the cost of the charge slip/s to his/her Citi Card. The Cardholder will also be charged the cost of the charge slip/s redeemed should the Cardholder cancel the qualifying transaction.
16.
Citibank and/or Participating Merchants shall not be obliged to recognize or replace any unissued, misplaced, lost, stolen, or faded charge slips.
17.
Use of the Premium Item in the outlet of the Participating Merchant shall be subject to the Participating Merchant's store, retail policies.
18.
Re-selling the Premium Item is not allowed.
19.
Any dispute concerning the services/products of Participating Merchant/s shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and the Participating Merchant/s.
20.
In case of dispute in respect of the Cardholder's eligibility, coverage of dates, fulfillment, etc., Citibank's decision shall prevail. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder's eligibility for the Program or for any redemption shall be resolved by Citibank with approval by DTI.
